Big B-Nawaz starrer goes on floors in Kolkata next month

This one's a lethal combination

Rumours were rife that Sujoy Ghosh was bringing two powerhouse performers - Amitabh Bachchan and Nawazuddin Siddiqui - together in a racy thriller.

While Big B and Nawaz were tight-lipped about the project so far, now we have it from the horse's mouth.

Confirming the story, Nawaz told 9xe, "It's terrific to team up with Amitabh Bachchan. I have always nursed a desire to work with him. More than being nervous, I am actually pretty excited to share screen space with him."

Sujoy, we learn, is the creative producer of the movie. So who is wielding the megaphone? Debutant Ribhu Dasgupta, who has previously worked with Big B on the TV drama Yudh.

The film goes on floors in Kolkata next month.
