one measure question arises in my mind what type of punishment will be suitable for ragini after her truth coming out
Ragini has committed serious crime
(1) Attempt to murder
(2) Kidnapping
(3)Defamation of swara's family
(4)Fraud
(5)Stratagem
(6)false case -Serious allegation (Attempt to rape)
(7)Blackmailing
and many more serious crime committed by ragini and these all serious crime punishable by constitution of india and all crime are cognizable and unbailable crime.
So what will the ragini punishment according to law or according to our mahan swara (Ham fir se swaragini ban jayege - I hate this dialogue )
