Excellent post! Yes, the double standard against older actresses is so illogical and sexist. (though they are still not as old as the Khans and other actors who are viewed as hot and sexy).

Ageing gracefully! Aishu is such a beautiful woman! I wish they wold stop lightening her skin color so much. That goes for all covers actually. Very few got it right, desi skintones are really beautiful as is!
