Part 3:

It was a week after Maan and Divya met in the coffee shop and Maan proposed her for becoming his life partner. Divya spoke to her parents, tho they where traditional and conservative they did have modern thinking and was happy with Divya's happiness and gave a green signal to their relationship.

With this Divya also started to gradually fall for Maan. They were the perfect couple. All went well with their business they behaved professionally in work related things. For them personal was different and professional was different tat they dnt cross their lines. Maan started to understand her more yet dint fall for her fully. He understood that she is very ambitious.

As she always said it was her relations who helped her to come up in life and the position they are now in is just becoz of those relatives. Whenever she said tt Maan noticed a different feeling in her voice which he couldn't understand...was it gratitude r fear...

It has been a month and half since Maan and Divya officially became boy friend and girl friend.. Both their family members were happy with their children's choice and wanted them to soon take their relationship to next level they suggested the same to both and both gave their nod and both families started preparing for the engagement. Media was informed tat the most eligible bachelor who was single is now all set to get hitched to his girl friend.

A week before the engagement Maan got an urgent call from Divya.

Maan came to his room made few calls. He sat on the chair after he finished with the calls and closed his eyes thinking back what happened in the coffee shop which was about to change his life.

Few hrs back after Divya's call..

She took his hands in hers and had a longing look into his eyes. May be it was the last time she was appreciating the spark in his eyes she had fallen in love with. May be it was the last time she could touch him. With tears in her eyes she realized that she had to let him go. As heart wrenching as it was she ahd to do it..

Divya: Maan we can't get engaged any ore she threw a bomb on his dreams.

She was a precious friend whom he couldn't let of r lose.

Maan had noticed that she seemed a bit aloof lately, he couldn't fathom why. She also seemed irritated by whatever he said but he thot it was the stress of the engagement. He reasoned why what went wrong did he do any mistake..

She closed his mouth when he uttered it and just nodded a no..

Maan it is not your ur fault Maan but dnt ask me anything..It's just that v can't continue this relation any more due to some unavoidable circumstance she said and left from there with both their hearts crying. Although it hurt like hell she left him without turning to look at him.

He kept staring even after she was long gone.

He was not the person who would just sit back and leave her go...

He thought what went wrong simultaneously got into action he contacted his detectives to know more info about what is bothering her as he saw clearly that she is hiding something.

He got call from his detectives the next day who gave him the horrifying news that Divya's periyappa (tauji) who was back from aboard has out rightly refused to the marriage and has already fixed her wedding with one his friends son and also threatened her that if she does anything against his wish he would do something severe to her parents.

The detective also revealed another shocking news tat Divya was an adopted child of Mr and Mrs. Vaithyananthan and clearly in this debt of raising her which she came to know now only accepted wat her tauji told and her parents are helpless to go against her tauji's wish as he did everything for them.

The next day Maan went to meet her and said he will tackle everything and even speak with her tauji but she out rightly refused in fear of her tauji.. even her parents were with Maan and asked her to live happily but Divya dnt budge and begged Maan to let go of her as she never want to burden her parents any more.. as they have done more already by adopting her and raising her

Maan frustrated and angered how Divya begged him left the place heartbroken but he couldn't blame her as she was right at her place. He left to Chennai for a change of place.

Wonderful update. Diyva because of her Tauji refused Maan to marry. Maan didn't fall fully in love with Divya. But Maan want to marry n said he will handle but Divya not ready.maan left to Channi for change. Waiting for maaneet meeting.

Awesome update. Engagement is fixed but a few days before Divya refused to get engaged . Maan got to know it was due to her relatives and she was an adopted child. Maan told Divya that he will manage everything but she didn't agree. Maan left the city.
