Vinit is successful because of his mentor himesh begged for marks and votes in sa re ga ma pa for him ..he must have used all the contacts to get him some work..so aneeks is lucky to have himesh as mentor...so he will be successful too..I hope vishal and shekhar do the same thing for Raja..I do not have any hope for amanat cause Ismail darbar himself does not have much work how he can help amanat..but amanat is very talented and has been noticed by lots of music directors ..Hopefully he will fetch some good work soon...good luck to all of them.

This time round the contestants are already getting a chance to record even before the contest is over. This is partly due to the extraodinary high standards achieved plus the excellent platform provided by SRGMP. Poonam and Amanat (my favourite) have got the whole world open to them. Raja, Aneek, Sumedha, Muss, Mauli,Junaid are also quite well off. Bappi and VS have already got them in while Himesh and ID too have great plans for them. 👏

i've always wondered at the comparisions betn aneek and vinit cos i've always found aneek's voice more full-bodied and sweet (honeyed.. 😊) than vinit's which was more shrill or rather thin to my ears.. but vinit's voice too seems to have matured or ripened, so why won't aneek's voice mature in a positive way, given his dedication to music?!

i would be happiest if aneek and poonam were to follow Pt. Jasraj ji's advice and take to classical singing cos that's where they are really needed.. trishanku ji, must say your thread on the topic was very commendable.. 👏👏👏 but i guess the lure of bollywood and the fame that comes with it is a potent mix that can sway anyone off their feet, let alone two eager, ambitious and talented youngsters..

Agree with you..I find Aneek's voice more refined than Vineet's voice..Vineet's voice lacked the smoothness that Aneek's voice has..Aneek's voice may get matured o'er the time but I feel it'll be for the better.

Very good analysis of Aneek and Vinit. We all know that destiny plays a big role in one's success. If Aneek has God's blessings, considering the fact that he is way more talented and has a better playback voice than Vinit, Aneek will do well both in Tollywood and Bollywood.......

Recently there was a thread where people discussed about Vinit's and Aneek's future. I don't understand why people are saying that Aneek's future will be like Vineet. I think that's great. What is wrong withVineet's future? He is doing very well. You seriously didn't expect him to be a Kishore Kumar or Sonu Nigam overnight.

Its been about one and half years that C2005 was over. In the mean time Vinit has sung 8 to 10 songs for movies. Did an international concert with his mentor. Seen most parts of the world. Moved to Bombay and bought a new flat and car in Bombay. Keeping quite busy with concerts and stage shows. What more do you all expect from a 19 year old kid. How is his future going badly?

We have seen many many brilliant singers in the past 14-15 years of SRGM/SRGMP who were much superior to Vinit. How many of them have a track record like Vinit except Shreya and Kunal. Technically Parthiv Gohil is a much much better singer than Kunal, but ironically he got his first big break after struggling 10 years in Saawariya. Same with Bela, Sanjeevani, Sneha and many more. Only 1 movie wonder. How many years Sonu and Shaan struggled before coming to fame?

So what is wrong with Vinit's career?

Coming to Aneek and Vinit.

The main difference between Aneek and Vinit is that Aneek is a born singer with proper classical and voice training, but Vinit was a born singer with very little training. This is where Aneek has an upper hand.

Secondly, both of them had kind of an immature voice, but that is fine. We can't expect to have an Ustadi voice from 17 and 18 year old kids. Vinit had a squeaky voice but in these one and half years his voice has changed a lot. That is because he is getting proper training and also getting older. Just hear his "Keshariya Balam" from Nanhe Jaisalmer.

On the other hand Aneek doesn't have to go through the classical training from scratch. The only change he needs is a matured voice, and need to continue his riyaaz. I am sure in two years he will have a much heavier voice. So, that's another upper hand for Aneek.

When it comes to putting the feel and emotions in a song, Aneek beats everyone there.

Now coming to similarities:

1. Both of them have the same super hyper annoying mentor.

2. Both wants to fall in love in the show.😃

3. Both of them are super crappy dancers.

4. Both of them are super tingu.😛

So, what is out there for these singers is boyond our control and predictions. Just like my favorite Himmy Bhaiyya says " Its all in the hands of destiny, and if there is a divine intervention, then they will surely succeed. If not, hard luck buddy.

There's another important difference, at this stage of the competition, Vinit got a lot more votes in C05 than Aneek in C07😉
