Plus Comedy is harder than action, the fact even you said she has a great one is proves enough.

I personally don't think Sri Devi is the better actress just b/c she can do one thing better than Angie. She also has a lot of films where she's been OTT and really annoying. I don't discredit her versatility and what she bought to the table as a woman in a really patriachial film industry, but if her compare her best with Angie's best I don't think she is the "better" actress.

Angie can also pull huge box office numbers all on her own.

Sri brought in huge numbers on her own as well, that's why she was called the female AB. At her time she was the highest paid actress.

Comparing her best with Angies is kinda not fair, since they were from a different eras and the quality of hollywood compared to bollywood. They weren't given the same type of work, if that makes sense.

As for her being OTT, thats obviously your opinion I'm not gonna jump on you for that. I guess we can agree to disagree 😊

^No, I'm not saying Sri Devi can't. I know she can. And she was the biggest superstar of her era. I just wanted to point out that Angie isn't inferior.

Someone made the comparison first and I refuted it saying that each has strengths and weaknesses. And personally find Angie a superior actress.

I know they're from different eras and I'm sure if Sri Devi had the same opportunities it would be a differnet argument.

I see Sri Devi's appeal and she deserves it all, but her OTT comedy doesn't appeal to me.
