It's the script and the awesome acting of all the actors that made first part a big success. I think if the script is as good as the first part if not better, it would click with audience. Besides we still have Rajjo, though I will surely miss liquid and Choudhary.

Love liquid.He was super.
Uska aur ek picture aya tha,Ali Zafar aur Siddharth ke sath.His shayri was hilarious in that.He has good comic timing.

Now Rajjo charecter is turned into GOGO though the same actor.
New actors new charecters
Wiki shows budget is 8 crore.
