You guys already know that producer Ratan Jain and the director duo Abbas-Mustan are planning a sequel to their 2002 hit Humraaz.
The writing team is currently working on the storyline, which will be completely different from the first one. And rightfully then, the cast of the original film stands very little chance to be repeated.
Yep, 9xe.com has it that the sequel will not have the three stars who featured in the original - Akshaye Khanna, Bobby Deol, Ameesha Patel.
Abbas-Mustan told 9xe.com, "We're not very sure if any of the cast members of the previous Humraaz will be repeated in this instalment. It's a fresh story. So, mostly we'll look at a fresh cast. A call will be taken after the script is finalised."
The film is expected to go on floors in a couple of months.
