Taani looked at him confusingly and answered.

Taani: Uh.. no.😕

Rey let out the breath he was holding in relief.

Taani: (thinking): Why was he relieved?😕

Before she could think more on it, her phone buzzed, "Armaan Calling"

Rey: This guy has such bad timings!🤢

He cursed Armaan under his breath loud enough for Taani to hear it. Giggling at his sulking face, she answered the phone.

Taani: Haan Armaan bolo.😆

Armaan: Kya baat hai aaj itni chehek rahi ho?😳

Taani: Aapne call kyun kiya tha?

Armaan: Fine mat batao. But I think I know.😛

Taani: What?😕

Armaan: Mein kyun batau?😕

Taani: Armaan.😳

Rey snatched her phone as got frustrated with their sweet talks. Signaling her not to speak he answered.

Rey: Sirf gup-shup karne call kiya hai toh rakh do aur agar koi kaam hai toh batao. Don't waste our time.🤢

Armaan: Ahaan! So I was disturbing the love birds. I'm extremely sorry for that.😛

Rey: Whatever dude, I'm keeping the phone.😆

Armaan: Wait!

Rey: Bolo.

Armaan: Aaj yahan seekhane mat aana, we've a lot of surgeries lined up for today. Shaam ko humare andar itna stamina nahi bachne wala ki hum dance kar sake.

Rey: Okay. And all the best.😆

Taani: Why are you giggling?

Rey: I don't giggle!

Taani: Armaan ne call kyun kiya tha?

Rey: To tell you that you don't need to go to the hospital anymore.

Taani: Rey, stop being so insecure.

Rey: What the..?😲 I'm not insecure. I just can't stand him anywhere near you.

Taani: Call kyu kiya tha yeh toh bataiye.

Rey: They are busy today so asked us to not go there to teach. Usse mera number dena chahiye, atleast he'll stop calling you.🤢

Taani: Why do you dislike him?

Rey: Hum Armaan ke bare mein baat hi kyun kar rahe hai? Jab dekho tab Armaan humare beech mein aate rehta hai.

Taani: You look so cute when you're jealous. (Pulling his cheeks.)

Rey: (stopping by holding her hand) Bohot baate ho gayi, let's go.

Taani: Kahan?

Rey: Ghar! Now don't ask why. You almost fainted a while ago. You need rest.

Taani: I'm fine Rey.

Rey: Mujhe kuch nahi sunna. We're going home, that's final.

They both left college in Rey's car. Rey stopped midway and went to purchase something. Taani found it weird but didn't question him. She thought it better to talk to him at home. In college, Niki and Sharon entered late as Niki had to go see Shivam early morning. Finding Rey missing, she asked.

Niki: Yansh kahan hai?😕

Vicky: Taani ke saath hi hoga.

Nil: Haan and I doubt vo dono aaj lectures attend karenge.

Niki: You mean?😃

Swayam: Yeah. Aaj subah unn dono ko dekh kar toh yahi lag raha tha that everything is sorted out between the two.😊

Sharon : That's great!😃

Niki: Mein abhi Yansh ko call karti hoon.

Sharon : Don't disturb them.😉

TaaRey reached home and Rey carried Taani into her room even though she insisted that she could walk and was not weak.

Rey: Why are you sulking?

Taani: Mujhe chalne aata hai!😵

Rey: Taani?

Taani: What?

Rey: Something is bothering you, isn't it?

Taani: No.. nothing.🤔

Rey: Aaj sube hi humne promise kiya that we won't lie to each other. Baat kya hai?

Taani: Rey voh.. no forget it.

Rey looked at her with a stern face demanding an answer.😳

Taani: Okay, I'll tell. But please don't misunderstand me..

Rey: Misunderstand?😕

Taani: Voh.. aapko jab meine kaha.. ki.. I'm not.. preg..nant, tab why were you.. relieved? I mean.. if at all I was pregnant.. toh phir..?😕

Rey: Phir hume within next month shaadi karni padti.😉

Taani: Huh? Shaadi?😲

Rey: Haan! Kyun tum mujhse shaadi nahi karna chahati?

Taani: Aisi baat nahi hai. It's just.. aise..😕

Rey: You know Taani, I had dreamt this ki jab mein tumhe propose karunga tab hum dono ke parents iss decision se khush honge. I want your parents to approve me as the perfect man for you and I don't want it because of Swayam's friendship with me. Mein chahata hoon ki voh mujhe accept kare by knowing who I am.

Taani was listening to him with teary eyes. In her relationship with Rey she always dreamt of the day Rey will propose her and she knew that her family won't deny her choice as her brother will support her. But with what Rey said, she fell more for him. She felt a satisfaction that no matter what this guy in front of her will never let her down. And he will prove to her parents that no other person in this world can love her like he does.

Rey: But agar tum abh pregnant hoti toh mujhe voh trust earn karne ka mauka nahi milta. I would have had to marry you as soon as possible, as I don't want anyone to point a finger at our child.

Taani was staring blankly at him. He wondered what he said wrong that he is getting this reaction from her.

Rey: Aise kyun dekh rahi ho?🤔

Taani: What did I ever do to get you in my life?

Rey: To start with, you irritated the hell out of me, made my life hell with your closeness to other guys, unnecessarily shouted at me and..😛

Taani: Haww!😲

Rey: I'm just answering your question.😆

Taani: You're so mean Rey!

Rey: Ole ole my baby.🤗

He hugged her and cooed her making her giggle at his child-like tone.

Taani: Atcha Rey, aap beech mein gaadi rok kar kahan gaye the?

Rey: Vo um.. yeh lene. (He handed her a brown packet.)

Taani: Isme kya hai?

Rey: Pregnancy kit.

Taani: What! Aap yeh.. why?

Rey: Just to be sure. Tumne kaha ki tum pregnant nahi ho, but I feel hum ek baar yeh test karna chahiye.

Taani: But I know that I am not, then why? Don't you trust me?

Rey: It's not about trust. I just want to be sure.

Taani: Rey aap.. okay fine.. gimme that kit.

Rey: No wait. Mein tumhe force nahi karna chahata.

Taani: Rey app.. ugh you're so stubborn. Now wait here, I'll be back.

Taani went into the washroom while Rey waited in her room anxiously. After ten minutes, Taani came out.

Taani: See it's negative.

Rey: Oh, fir tum aaj subah faint kaise hui? And that stomach upset?😕

Taani: Aap kahan ki link kahan jod rahe ho. I hadn't eaten yesterday isiliye weak thi aur acidity ho gayi. And finally jab khaya toh it became too heavy.

Rey: So doctor ke paas jane ki koi jarurat nahi hai na?

Taani: Nope! And Rey don't look so disappointed, we will have babies in future. But abhi shaadi se pehle, kuch nahi!😉

Rey: What do you mean kuch nahi?😲

Taani: I mean no hanky panky.😛

Rey: I object my lord! Mein inke decision se sehmat nahi hoon!

Taani: But mein toh bas aapke dream ko sach karna chahati hoon! I want you to impress my parents.

Rey: Voh hojayega poora, uski tension tum mat lo. Just don't set these rules!

Taani: Why? You can't resist me?😳

Rey: Yes!😃

Taani: 😲 Aap kitne besharam ho!

Rey: Voh toh mein hoon hi!😎

He pulled her and she came crashing on him. Without giving her time to recover, he crashed his lips on her, taking her into a wild make out session.

I am hoping that you'll liked it, I mean who won't.😛

Let's get serious here, I have a question for all:

Do you wish to read this story further? I am seriously asking this question as I have other ideas in my head as well, so if you really want more and more of this story I'll try and put in stuff (which I'd not do as it will end up in unnecessary stretching). Else I was thinking of ending it in like 10 more parts.

Give genuine answers.

Don't be like "Please write. I really love this story."

I mean give other ideas a chance as well.😛
