Roshni reason

i feel she fears she will loose ayesha just like her own baby she considers herself unlucky

I think Roshni don't want to bind Sid with her anymore.. She want to let Sid free and adopting Ayesha would mean Sid would have to be with her always.. I feel something is running in Roshni's mind maybe Sid's 2nd marriage

May be roshni feels she can't love ayesha that much..after a depression like this...may be she feels she s unlucky..

Roshni does not want to adopt Ayesha as she feels like she failed her own child by not taking care of her hence she does not feel like she is capable of being a mother

she thinks she failed as a mother..

Ok so my theory is completely different! I'm going with first two options. Roshni wants her own baby meaning her and Sid's baby. I hope you guys remember the time when she was so content and telling DD that this baby is the symbol of their love. Now she is guilty that she couldn't take care of her baby. Adopting Ayehsa will not diminish her pain but will increase more because she will remind her of their unborn baby. Thus leading to evoke her that she can't be a good mother.
