Why Dhruv did not tell the truth to Thapki?

I was disappointed that Dhruv did not tell the truth. I found it annoying that he thinks she is so weak that she will go and try to commit suicide once she knows the truth.

I agree. Dhruv treats her like she needs protection from everything and she behaves the same in front of him. She would be totally dependent on him if they got married.

I'm not for or against any couple pairings on this show. But do you guys think that he just feels protective of her? She was bullied her entire life, and for the first time when Thapki meet Dhruv, he truly saw and respected Thapki as a person. Even Bihaan cracked jokes on her over and over. That dream sequence was weird though. I never really thought that Dhruv would come up with that, but maybe it was just because he was worried for her. Or, the CVS could show this part of him as a flaw. Dhruv needed something like this so that it can make the story-line interesting. 😕

So the marriage has finally happened. I think Dhruv would continue to be protective towards Thapki and Bihaan may not like it. While Thapki may also try to distance herself away from Dhruv, Bihaan could start feeling possessive. I hope Thapki goes back home. But knowing her selflessness, she may choose to stay on. Why can't Thapki divorce Bihaan? The earlier the better. But then what would Creatives do??? 😃

It's possible that Dhruv goes abroad for sometime till things settle down. I am truly amazed how the two bros can live in the same house??!! These kind of situations can happen only in North Indian families. Totally out of sync. 😲
