i guess for the moment that she has became pregnant thst part is a good news for them to be happy...EVEN i doubt about tht word Dr. Manoj used MIRACLE...rest i think for the time being for the sake of little ruhi's n ishRa ;s happines to let them enjoy the moment...then he;ll come to that matter after some time...making out a solution that they can go for surrogacy
