first of all ... this is the show for both so it wont happen ... but if anything like this happens even if the real life then i think there is no choice other than the surgery and when one is dead surgery can take place w.out any prob ..

if dey do da surgery bith will survive cuz da serial iz called AMBER DHARA not just AMBER or just DHARA story revolves around da both

if dhara dies, amber will too becuz they both share the same liver

yes both will die because they share some arteries and
things in the body that cant be given to just one. remember wat the doctor told the mother

Actually guys amber has higher chances of dying since she only shares i think about 20% of the liver. Dhara has higher chances of survival like how they explained the 2nd episode 😔 Either way it's a loss of a good show if either of the 2 sisters die.
