50 years ago, Nikhat(2012-2013): Qureshi family came for Imraan's alliance to Nikhat. Nikhat was a dark complexioned girl so she faced many insults by Imraan's family. Imraan was later found to be impregnating Tanveer n dumping her. He later got married to his love Najma.

(Yaa, 50 years ago cuz in 2014 there was almost 3 years leap wid 2 year old Sanam-Seher(2017). Then 20 years leap(2037)+1 year of SaHil story(2038)+present 25 years leap(2063). So, it was 50 years ago)

At dat time, Shirin, Razia n Gaffur were hell-bent for d alliance. Rashid was not sure n wud wanted to back out several times but cud not. Ayaan was d only person who did not wanted d alliance 4m his heart but was helpless as no one was wid him even Asad who said in 14 Nov 2012(Yaa, I can't forget dat date cuz there Asad really talked like a regressive n dumb person) abt d price tags issue dat they have to be quiet n tolerate for their sister's happiness as those who don't bent they breaks(W*F? Wat happiness u r talking abt where ur sister n her family is constantly insulted n Nikhat's wud be husband never stand for them n also her family is constantly harassed for dowry). Badi Bi tp kuch karti nahi thi. Humeira n Nuzhat only used to enjoy n spent time in teasing Nikhat. Asad's family+Zoya were out of dis. So, only Ayaan was okay in all dis but was helpless.

50 years later, Kainaat(2063): Akram's family came for his alliance for Kainaat. Akram is already said to be impregnating n abt to dump a girl.

Dis time, Sanam is like Rashid who cares abt Kainaat but wants dis marriage as she wants Kainaat to be happy. Naseer is like Shirin, Razia n Gaffur who wants dis marriage at any cost even making Kainaat to hide her stiff hand wid her dupatta. Azad n Zmaad r like Humeira n Nuzhat who r only celebrating d good news n talking sweet-sweet things wid Kainaat. Naseer is also like Gaffur who always talked abt his so n so reputation n Naseer always acts like Anand Kapoor showing off himself n treating his wife like a dirt. Mahira is like Ayaan who is d only one against d alliance n voiced her opinion like Ayaan used to voice his opinions in frustration abt Qureshi family but no one supported him. Here also, no one is supporting Mahira. Ayaan wud anyway go ahead later wid takn part wid others abt d alliance but Mahira wants to break d alliance by hook or crook but she is always getn failed in dat.

So, d conclusion of dis post is dat even after 50 years things have not changed. People r giving so much important for Get Married, Stay Married concept instead making it an option.

The moral of the story is that even if it's 200 years in the future, some regressive people will always show that marriage is the most important thing for a woman, and will never show her family support her in her career or in becoming independent. I can't believe that GK's is still living in the 19th century. 50 years have passed in the story but the same things are still happening. Time has stood still in QH world. Calculating all the leaps and the years they showed ASYA and SAHIL stories the year has to be 2051. (ASYA had about 2 years story + 3 years leap, and then SAHIL story nearly 18 months as well) But this feels more like 1851 in attitudes towards women and their marriage.

Don't understand why gul khan keeps on showing that marriage is everything for the gal🥱parents acting like dumb...🥱 ...I mean ready to get their daughter married to anyone without any enquiry...bass ithni kushi hain ki ladka mila hain..just happy that they got a guy for their only daughter whom they love so much but
