I am very glad that you enjoyed this post as much as I did, and that you liked mine too.

Of course, any amount of praise of Dr. Kalam would always be too little. One like him comes all too rarely, and we were lucky to have had him with us in our lifetimes. Yes, I feel very fortunate that I was able to meet him and talk to him face to face.

I agree with you completely - and I had written that too - that he passed away as he had lived, doing the thing he liked the best, teaching and interacting with the young. Only noble souls get such an end.

Coming to me like you I am also not a person who get inspired fast but Kalamji inspired me a lot. I have read his speeches in newspapers, have read the book Wings of Fire. Like you said he was a true Karmayogi and his words were followed up with actions. From humble background he rose to this position through hardwork and determination. And I would say he is a very blessed soul. Else how many can get death so swiftly as he got that too doing the thing he always loved the most, in midst of students delivering a speech.

Yes the man is gone, but his actions, his quotes and his memories lives on now and for generations to come.

Thank you for coming up with such a beautiful dedication for a great man... A noble soul that has touched many hearts and ignited dreams for many of us.

He had the good fortune of dying doing what he loved to do. A death we all can dream of.

Even god could not resist recalling his soul back to heaven.
