hahaha, of course not..I am against the evils act they did..
loved it from the writing/dialogues perspective..the dialogues were like a Ek Villain and 2 Vamp types..but intelligent ones..

on a serious note, what a selfish and evil act by Maan, Annie and NT...
they tried all the four diplomatic principles..pacification, money, divide and rule, and punishment/threatening..playing their cards with perfect timings that even when Dev/Geet made up their minds to clear the misunderstandings, the next misunderstanding was ready to cover their minds again..
and Maan played his move in such a way that Brij and Geet were trapped from both sides..
Brij also could not stand strong to oppose and save help his sister..
he took satisfaction in refusing Maan's proposal for once in his lifetime he got an upper hand with Maan, but the next moment bent down in front of him for the threat on his own life and his family, leaving Geet aside..
while Geet not only was heartbroken, but she had to marry the man she hated and disgusted much in order to save her brother...only Nakul kaka tried to help as much as he could..but of no use then..

the marriage which started with a deception, was finally arranged and forced through a trap, that Geet found no other option to accept it unwillingly to save her brother..

hope all three get to taste their own medicine to realize what they have done with this innocent soul...

God like really this is destiny . Even Brij finally took a stand and left his family to be with Geet but Naina becomes pregnant and Maan agrees to marry Geet this time

He broke the engagement seeing Dev return to America but again this time for Naina he shifts back to the decision

In all of this the scapegoat became Geet

Hope Annie and Naina both suffers like hell and Maan 😡 may this man never ever be happy🤬

Chapter 11

'Shaddi do din main hai, what are you all doing? Seema take Pari to Geet will you' Brij shouted overlooking the decorations. Geet's wedding, Naina pregnancy was making him a happy man.
'Pari kaisi ho, why haven't you come to see your massi' Geet questioned seeing Pari at the door, Geet hated every minute of it and Brij ignoring her plight wasn't any better.
'App bad ho, main appki friend nahi hoon. I hate you' Pari shouted from the door before running to her bedroom hurting the already hurt Geet
'But maine kya giya' Geet questioned herself, losing Pari hurt the most. The hurt, the pain could easily be seen in the innocent child
'You tried to break her family, aur ab pooch rahi ho what have you done' Naina was full of venom, she absolutely hated Geet and made sure to fill Pari's ears. Who would the innocent child believe, her mum undoubtedly?
'Bhabi I swear maine koshish ki lekin veerji wasn't listening' Geet tried once again but Naina had a fixed picture of Geet, nothing rather say no one was going to change that. She hated the fact that for the first time Brij chose someone else other than her, not even Pari.
'Yeah whatever, here take this Maan bhai had sent your Mehendi outfit, check if it needs any alternation. We can't have people talking, as it is the news channel are running helter skelter knowing Maan Singh Khuranna's getting married but wait till they find out who' she remarked looking Geet up and down making her feel weird. It was obvious neither the sisters nor Maan wanted this marriage then why was she forced. She hoped Nakul kaka would reach soon, being here made her all the more sad.

'Nakul kaka mujhse ye shaddi nahin karna. Why can't they let me just be' Geet cried to the only person right now who she considered her own. With the wedding fast approaching she knew Anni, Naina and most of Maan would turn meaner and frankly speaking she wanted no part, she didn't want to be a Khuranna.
'Beta I know inlogo ki name mein he garbar main, Khuranna hai sab ki sab Brij bhi' Nakul joked putting a smile on his darling daughter's face
'Hai maine bhi kaha na, mujhe nahi bana Khuranna Thuranna main Handa mein khush hoon' she replied playing along, sometimes laughing at ones misery makes the situation lighter. Maybe Geet couldn't change her fate but the least she could do was accept it with a smile well so she was told by Nakul Kaka.
'Beta I have full faith in you, Maan will change he has too akhir pyar jo kata hai' Nakul kaka didn't know whether it was love or attraction but right now Geet needed support and that's what he wanted to provide, even if he had to sugar coat some lies then he would. After all girls dreamed about a happily ever after and Geet did too, so he will try and paint that for her.
'He doesn't kaka, his incapable of loving' she answered in a dejected love, she was no longer crying for her lost love in Dev because that she accepted as a passing phase. Dev and Geet was never meant to be, if Maan and Geet were, then she hoped it was going to be better were one day Maan trusted Geet, loved Geet and supported Geet and in return Geet will supply unconditional love.
'He will, no one can keep away from loving my sweet daughter' Nakul kaka said pulling her into a bear hug, if he needed to walk on hot coal he would, he could burn into nothing for her and prayed Maan would too.

'Beta you look beautiful' Brij stated aloud forcing Maan to look up. The Mehendi and Haldi was a small function with only close friends and family present, Maan didn't want none but again Brij put his font down. It was his baby sister's wedding, if not the groom as least she would have the wedding that she fantasied. The brother in him knew her rights but failed to notice her pain. Geet was decked in a simple dark green lehenga with minimal makeup, but even then she radiated like the moon on a dark day. Maan even after trying couldn't move his eyes off her which she noticed. Maybe Nakul kaka was right he probably did love her or like her. Whatever it is Geet hoped it would grow into something big, has she forgiven Maan. No, never. Would she forgive Maan, no never. But Geet came from such a background which compelled her to give Maan a last chance, if he blew it then he along with his sisters can go to hell (well so I wish as a writer because now I regret ever writing chapter one but Geet may not).

It was the day of the wedding, Geet was dressed in the heaviest of lengenha's, the maroon silk was crafted with silver gemstones making it look ethereal. Unknown to all Maan had personally shopped for the outfit, as much as he tries to hate her but his heart always sways the other way. He couldn't hate her, especially now when she's going to marry him.
'Geet you look like an angel, beta' Brij commented forcing Maan to agree, Maan also noticed the dim look on Geet's face and the hollowness in her eyes. Why can't she just accept him, 'she still loves Dev' his heart screamed. Was he this shallow not to realise that he ruined her life, yet she was willing to give it a shot because of the life that lay in front. They say sensible elders show you the right path and that's what Nakul did, he took all of Geet's hurt and frustration away. Although it still lay there somewhere but right now she was focused on her future while Maan was worried about her past.

'What the hell?' Maan shouted finding Geet near the window. After the wedding, Geet was shown to Maan's bedroom, this was the very same place which she visited so frequently but right now it felt like a prison. She may have accepted her future but hasn't really made peace with the past. Before marriage the thought of moving on seemed possible and right now in his bedroom, that thought seemed like a distant dream which she cared less about since the nightmare that she was living was due of this man, her newly wed husband.
'Maan main ye' she tried to speak her mind of how she could never forgive him
'GET OUT' he shouted once again hating how he was falling for her by each second
'You know what just get lost, maine socha what you did was wrong and yes I won't forgive you but you'll try and be cultured enough to realise your mistake and apologise since we're married now' she spoke to him baring her eyes into his soul.
'But you're just an uncivilised hooligan, who played me like a boomerang kabhi uda to kabhi idhar. Kya soch rakha hai tum aur tumari behno ne hai' Geet finally found her voice, Geet was taught to be well-mannered, speaking back wasn't her forte. She's was a simple, timid and quite girl overshadowed by elders but right now something about Maan or his stinking attitude forced her to give one back. After all he was her husband, so she had the right. But mind you, right now she hated to be even linked to Maan who according to her was a criminal and would remain so. Yes she was married to him but shared no similar traits.
I won't take this no more' Maan was too stunned to react, Geet then turned and walked out the room with her head held high. If he was going to continue acting like a prick with devil horns then she too needs to pick her game up. If he wants a fight then she'll give him one.

Good that Geet has a backbone and is standing up for herself. They all better suffer before she forgives them. I hate the fact that she's going to forgive them but hey we all want a happily ever after when it comes to Maaneet! I can't wait to see how Geet manages to change them and make them learn. I'm waiting for Karma to take place. I'm liking this new Geet with attitude! I just couldn't understand some of what she was saying because I don't know Hindi. But on the brighter note I understood 99% of what happened 😃
