He is very good actor. No doubt about that.

What works in his favor I think is, that he debuted very young. So even though he is senior to Ranveer, Ranbir in work experience, he is still about the same age as these guys.

Also, his baby face. He suits young characters. And mature characters too.

Plus reliable star. Had been there.. worked for long. Audience knows him. So, producers are fine to bet money on him.
