I just had some really quick questions about the current track, so i can catch up starting monday :)

1) did vihaan wander back to delhi on his own? or was he sent by that witch??

2) why did she even want him to return ? is she after his money now?

3) do they show any weird, lovey dovey scenes between vihaan and vibha? 🤢

4) how does Vihaan react in front of Arushi? does he get any flashbacks or anything like that?

5) what the hell is happening between girish and jhanvi??? :/

Just came back to catch up on a post I missed and saw your post, Bindiya. 😃 Since you've been reading the updates, you have a working idea of Aarushi, Mini, and the other Moms beginning to work against the Wacko. That started happening around Wed. (8.5).

She brought him home. Dadi Ma, Priyanka, and Mini were out buying things for Aarushi's baby show and they saw him. They were very confused when they called out to him but he didn't respond. Then she brought him to the house and they arrived in the middle of Aarushi's baby shower, with Vihaan visibly confused about the identities of everyone in the family. Then just as Aarushi is about to hug him, the witch's hand, like a serpent's tail, wraps around his arm. He introduces her as his wife. Cue everyone's shock. Classic melodrama. 😆 If my recall is right, on Monday, Vihaan explained she brought him when they saw his pic in the papers.

2) why did she even want him to return ? is she after his money now?

Any well-written vamp would want him to stay away to keep her fantasy going. Not this psycho. By the end of the week, I'd say she's after money and the status/power she thinks being "married" to Vihaan brings. IMHO, it's clear she has severe delusions of being the bahu of the Vatsal house (the quality of saris she's been wearing the moment she even stepped out of the car in 7.31 and her insults toward Aarushi's forced subordinated position tell the story). She's conjured up the idea that she's the "heroine" of her own fantasy love story, and she deserves a husband like Vihaan since Aarushi is such a "bad wife" (paraphrasing what I remember). I believe she also made mention of him having money so she should be able to enjoy it (I could be remembering that wrong, though). She tried to blackmail the Moms (holding his mental stability over their heads) and when her initial demand that Aarushi leave the house failed (8.3), she forced the Moms to agree to Aarushi staying as a maid (8.4), which is something she likes to laud over Aarushi (8.7). I will say this -- the Moms have been resistant to her from the beginning. It's been Aarushi who has convinced them to stay calm, stay strong, stick together and handle this smartly together for Vihaan. She's been a wonderful inspiration and rock for them. Btw, on 8.3, the Wacko admitted right away she knows she doesn't stand a chance if his memory returns and by 8.7 we learn she's deliberately suppressing Vihaan's memories with medication.

3) do they show any weird, lovey dovey scenes between vihaan and vibha?

Not really. Not yet. Well, it depends on what you define as lovey dovey. Between 7.31/8.3, she had a vice grip on his arm that showed she was controlling the situation. The most visually unsettling scene so far came on 8.4 after Vihaan had a bad emotional meltdown when Mini aggressively pressured him to remember everyone. Petite Wacko (which is what I call her 😆) rushed in, grabbed him, and coddled him like a baby to calm him down while snapping at his Moms (his head to her chest, with his head buried in arm by the end the scene). On 8.5, she also deliberately grabbed his hand at her griha pravesh to deliberately upset Aarushi (his Moms get upset as well). On his end, on 8.6, after Aarushi's brilliant prank of mixing an irritant with the vermillion for the griha pravesh, he sat vigilantly by her side listening to her whine and watching her scratch her feet. 🥱 He offered to call a doc. On 8.7, he held her arm to help her sit down when she was suffering from bowel issues (courtesy the Moms 😆). So all annoying, but nothing too horrific yet. He smiles with her, caters to her, and is dutiful, like she wants, but it's very clear he's a shadow of his true self. He's lifeless with her, around her, and because of her.

4) how does Vihaan react in front of Arushi? does he get any flashbacks or anything like that?

No flashbacks yet. We are promised some, though. He doesn't remember Aarushi or being married to her. He doesn't know who she is and doesn't know he's the father of her baby. On 8.3, he repeated the lies Wacko told him about Aarushi (that Aarushi is a maid). But 8.6, he finally interacted with Aarushi (slip-and-catch moment with Dadi Ma and Harpreet as witnesses). Eyelock with his hand on her belly, and the baby kicked. IMHO, he left that moment pretty awed and confused by the baby kicking and also by Aarushi. Then, on 8.7, they had a couple of sweet moments when the Moms took him for his medicals. He instinctively helped Aarushi in and out of the car, offering his hand to her and ensuring she was OK. So sweet. Within the moments, we are seeing the start of his confusion about her. On Friday (8.7), there was close call with the Doc addressing Aarushi as Mrs. Vatsal, and Vihaan was taken aback while Aarushi and the Moms didn't know how to answer. But the Wacko came in just in time to intercept. Aarushi gave the Doc the cue to play along with the lie. The Doc's diagnosis and commentary continues Monday.

A couple of guys were mocking/teasing Girish about not being the father of Jhanvi's baby and he's become sensitive to that, so he's regressing to some of his old behavior patterns. Kasturi and Jhanvi are very troubled by his pulling away from Jhanvi and the baby. Rather understandable reaction from him, but he'll soon have his own obsessed woman to deal with. 😕

^ so very true J, they just happened to have these sarees on hand to give to that psycho Vibha but when poor us was complaining and sending messages for them to give Aarushi a better wardrobe, they did nothing -_- it seems like only vamps get the special treatment 🥱

Arre don't take that pyscho too seriously. Vibha's scenes simply make me laugh at her ridiculousness 😆 She's moronic and crude, and just doesn't have that "vamp" wala oomph. Doesn't help much that her acting is also a little below average. Even when she is behaving badly with Aarushi, it doesn't upset me much because Aarushi is like a pillar of strength and dignity in front of that pathetic wacko. I only get annoyed with that psycho when she clings to Vihaan 🤢😆 and that's just my jealousy talking 😆

Happy to help, Bindiya. 😃 Very true on the way their kindness has been repaid. This Vibha creature has no soul. Dead inside. All they need to do now is bury her. (I'll be getting her headstone ready with a nice a 6 word inscription for her 😆 ).

On the saris, yep! Very recently (late June, early July), styling for Aarushi's hair and saris finally had a really great turn around after months of less-than-favorable wardrobe choices for her. Her current suits look good too, IMHO. However, the contrast is stark. I understand it's to make a point about Aarushi being a more humble person while the psycho is a superficial gold digger, but the difference has been too obvious.

Sadly, Vihaan has gotten lost in this shuffle since the Mom tracks began. But for this track specifically, I think I felt saddest for him after the 8.4 and 8.5 eps. Major props to Ravish, though, who is giving us so much more in his performances than the CVs are giving him in character attention. He's incredible. Like Ranjana said, shades of Vihaan's real self are returning. On Vatsala, they're ignoring it for now. I don't think the CVs can handle too much at once. 😆 Last time they mentioned it was the week Vihaan returned. The Moms were scolding Aarushi about working too hard (she had two assistants help her at home) and that's when she discovered a transaction made on Vihaan's credit card in Mumbai. That led to where we are now. So, at the moment, I can only assume Neelima has taken over MD responsibilities until both Vihaan and Aarushi can get back to work.

No problem on the heads-up about the flashbacks. 😉 I should warn you, though, brace yourself for the usual interference from the crazy woman.
