Chapter 7

Man: Hold up RKB!
Raman turned around and his eyes widened in shock!
Raman: YOU!
Before the man continued he told his men to bring Ishita here. The goons made Ishita stand with Raman and unfolded the piece of cloth that was used to cover her eyes. She blinked a few times and looked clearly at the man in front of them. Her eyes also widened!
Ishita: Subbu!
Raman looked at Ishita,
Raman: You know him?
Ishita: Yes he is, I mean was my boyfriend...
Raman: What!
Ishita: Yes, we broke up a year ago. But how do you know him?
Raman: He goes to our college, he's my best friend.
Ishita: Best Friend...
The man who she was falling for was the best friend of her ex. But she didn't care about that; Subbu was her kidnapper was the shock of her life. She dated him for 2 years but then Mihika had told her Subbu was cheating on her with another women and she agreed because she noticed that Subbu was spending less time with her and was making excuses. But both girls were wrong...
Raman: Subbu you kidnapped us!
Subbu Ishita. I wanted to kidnap Ishita but you just came in!
Ishita: But why? Why have I done?
Subbu: Mihika's father was a business man; he signed a contract with my father. It was the launch of a new drink. Later my dad found out that Mihika's father was deceiving him, the drink was a sports drink but Mihika's father had mixed cocaine with it! When my dad found out about this he confronted Mihika's father, he told my dad to keep his mouth shut. My dad didn't agree, he said he will go to the police. Mihika's father was scared by the same, so he hired some goons and THEY KILLED MY FATHER! THEY MADE IT LOOK LIKE AN ACCIDENT SO THE POLICE CLOSED THE CASE BUT I KNEW MIHIKA'S FATHER WAS AT FAULT, SO I KILLED HIM!
Raman and Ishita looked at Subbu in shock.
Raman: But what did Ishita do? Why did you kidnap her?
Subbu: BECAUSE MR IYER KNEW ABOUT MIHIKA'S FATHERS DEEDS!
Ishita looked a Subbu with tears in her eyes
Ishita: Appa knew and didn't tell me.
Subbu: Ishita's father knew that Mihika's father had mixed cocaine, he also knew that he was going to kill my father but he didn't tell me anything nor did her warn my father!
Ishita: Subbu there might be some misunderstanding...
Subbu: NO THERE IS NO MISUNDERSTANDING!
He looked at Ishita! He was angry and she knew it! She was hurt by the fact that her Appa hid so much from her! She was confused at if Mihika knew all of this...suddenly something struck her.
Ishita: You were the one that was attacking us in Mumbai!
Subbu nodded his head.
Subbu: I wanted your father to suffer because he was the only who knew what happened! I found out he had adopted Mihika which made me more furious. I lost my dad; I wanted him to lose his favorite thing...HIS DAUGHTERS! Tie them up!
His men grabbed Ishra and they both tried to fight them but they were unable to as the men made them unconscious using coliform.
Night
Ishita had finally woken up and saw she was in a room with nothing.
Just a small door and the rest of the place were just walls. No window, no vents, nothing.
She felt suffocated.
She parted her eyes a little and saw someone beside her and realized it was Raman still unconscious and lying on the ground.
She noticed that both their hands were tied up.
She scooted over and leaned forward and tried to wake him up.
Ishita: Raman...Raman wake up...Raman!
Raman woke up.
Raman: Where are we?
He noticed his hand were tied and the room.
Ishita: Subbu locked us up her.
Hearing Subbu's name Raman's expression changed.
Raman: I can't believe Subbu did this. I understand the pain, but he already killed Mihika's father what more will he get? His father won't come back right?
Ishita: No Raman his father won't come back, but today I feel pity on my Appa he helped a criminal if he told Subbu then none of this would have happened. He hid everything from me, he didn't even tell Mihika! I HATE HIM RAMAN! I HATE MY FATHER! He choose friendship over reality, he could have saved three lives today, Subbu's father, Mihika's father and Mihika! But NO! Because of him EVERYTHING IS RUINED! I HATE HIM, I HATE HIM! I'M NO ONE TO HIM, I'M DEAD FOR HIM!
She started crying, and she felt a hand on her, she though it was Raman's...
Ishita: But wait, he's hands are tied...
She looked up and saw Subbu...
Subbu: Ishita and crying?
He laughed.
Subbu: Well I never thought you, such a strong women, would cry, except...when we broke up.
He smirked at her, while Ishita put her head down as those memories came flooding back and Raman was just looking at Subbu with disgust.
Of his hands weren't tied he would have murdered him by now!
Ishita: Please Subbu I don't want to remember anything!
Subbu: That's because you think I cheated on you, well guess what I never did!
Ishita lifted her head.
Ishita: What?
Subbu: Yes. You said I wasn't giving you time, I was texting less, I was talking to you less, well there's a reason for all these. I never cheated on you in fact this whole story between my dad and Mihika's dad started while we were dating. During our relationship my father had died and when I found out it wasn't an accident but murder I hired a private investigator.
Ishita: That's when you started avoiding me.
Subbu: Yes. I found out that Mihika's father Mr. Raghav was the one who did all this. I was shocked, confused and angry; my father's partner did all of this. So I killed him, but then I found out that your father knew all of this! He also adopted Mihika. That's when I came up with this plan. I will kill you and Mihika, not you father, I wanted him to know how it feels like for your loved ones are taken! But even before I could do that...
Ishita: I broke up with you. But wait Mihika told me she saw you with a woman at a coffee shop...
Subbu stood still for a minute and spoke up.
Subbu: Well I don't think I was dating my cousin right?
Ishita: Co...cou...cousin?
Subbu: Yes Radhika.
Ishita: but Mihika told me you were hugging and...and-
Subbu: I had told her that my father died. She was in Goa when all this happened. She was crying. I bet Radhika's back was facing Mihika and she didn't see her face...
Ishita was shocked with all the events, while Raman was just dancing in the inside about their break up.
He felt bad but at least Ishita was saved thanks to Mihika.
2 though were going on in their heads...
Ishita: THANK YOU MIHIKA FOR SAVING ME!
Raman: THANK YOU MIHIKA FOR GETTING ME ISHITA!
