The episode begins with fraud Alankraaj Maharaj faking innocence & blasting his disciples for being greedy for money. Govind & Panchhi understand he is faking. Panchhi tries to bring it to Titu's notice too but he doesnt listen. Surekha believes Alankraaj Maharaj. Fraud Maharaj thinks, if Surekha has faith in me then I'll handle everything. He apologizes to Surekha & continues with his drama. Surekha trusts his words blindly. Panchhi tries to explain Alankraaj Maharaj's truth but she refutes & speaks very high of Alankraaj Maharaj.
Titu recollects Panchhi's words about Alankraaj Maharaj's true colors. He is confused. Panchhi tells him when AM could fpredict people's future cant he see his disciples are conning people. Titu defends AM that we dont doubt people whom we trust & sometimes they try to take advantage of it. We dont have any proof against him.
AM's accomplice comes to meet him. Panchhi takes Titu with him & TiChi eavesdrop on conversation b/w AM & his accomplice.
Keshav brings a compass box for Sundar & lovely Saree for Bhagwati. Both are elated. Bhagwati asks him reason behind his happiness & gifts. He says, I have got a chance to prove myself to Uncle. Have got big business deal opportunity & will talk to Uncle tomorrow to invest 10 lac Rs. in this which will be doubled in 1 month. Bhagwati gets worried thinking about such hefty amount.
TiChi overhear AM admitting all his treachery to his accomplice. AM says, before Panchhi could reveal my truth; I will have to find a solution.Titu is shocked & heartbroken thinking how these people have been conning his family since so many years. Panchhi tries to pacify him. He thanks Panchhi for bringing AM's truth out to him and says, AM will pay for his crimes soon. Panchhi says, AM still could take advantage of Surekha's deep faith in him & create rift b/w Surekha and us. Titu says he has strong plan to convince Surekha.
Surekha is still upset that because of some greedy people, Alankraaj Maharaj got humiliated. Govind thinks good that AM's true colors arent revealed to her yet else she'd be shattered. Thats why I havent revealed his truth from her since so many years. He firmly says, Titu will never go to Mumbai. Panchhi wont be able to expose AM coz Titu doesnt trust her in this matter.
Titu is scolding Panchhi for offering goldcoins to AM's disciples & doubting AM. AM is glad that Titu himself is reprimanding Panchhi. Mukund & Vaishali are happy too. Surekha tells Panchhi we are greatly indebted to AM. Rekha mutters if half the sum wasted on AM is given to her, she'd construct new mansion Rekha Sadan! Panchhi falls at AM's feet & apologizes. AM continues his drama of forgiving her. GM wonders how come Panchhi gave up so easily. Surekha gets happy & hugs Panchhi.

Govind tells Panchhi Seth Govindnarayan incurred loss of 10 lac Rs but Titu's father stopped him from going to Mumbai. Panchhi thinks Titu will go to Mumbai or not is yet to be decided!
