Odd options. Why would you compare an emotional drama to a larger than life tragic melodrama-musical? Doesn't make sense!

Both were totally different roles and films.

But if you would compare Aishwarya is Guzaarish and Manisha in Khamoshi, that would make more sense.

Ash in Guzaarish was wayy better than Manisha, it is one of Ash's best performances. She was mystical, composed, serene and simply TERRIFIC.

Bombay and Khamoshi are Manisha's career best performances.

Probably the only films of hers that will continue to matter.

I remember watching Khamoshi when I was a kid and it touched my heart even then 😃

I love Aish, but Manisha wins here !
