Saks is walking around campus to look for Bani and bumps into Nihaal "sorry bro" Saks says and walks off but Nihaal grabs his collar and throws him against one of the lockers "better be" Nihaal says with attitude and walks off with Vardhan and Manthan who is laughing at him. Nihaal gets up and Bani comes "where were you… don't tell me you where sitting her the whole time?" Bani asks him very angry "whats with you sisters so many questions" Saks mumbles and gets up "what did you say?" Bani asks confused but Saks completely changes the topic "how was class sorry I got lost I mean not lost just caught up in something umm what was the lesson on again" Saks asks Bani who walks away angry "so you got lost when its your 3rd year here wow shocking Saksham very shocking you always surprise me every time I need you your never there and you know how hard it is for me in that class Nihaal always touching me I hate it and Samar touching Kayya I get so frustrated…" "what?" Saks stops in front of her "what? What.." Bani says "Nihaal touches you when Im not there?" Saks said angry "yea and when your there he doesn't do anything" Bani added on "what the hell does the teacher do?" Saks said frustrated "you know our teachers scared of him what is he going to do" Saks storms off outside he grabs Nihaal by his collar and throws his out of his jeep Vardhan is totally shocked and Grabs a bat and is about to hit Saks from behind but then Laksh comes out of no where and grabs the bat and bashes Samar's head Vardhan gets out of the car and throws down Laksh and Mantan kicks Laksh around like a soccer ball Saks is on top of Nihaal and punching the day lights out of him blood is everywhere on the pavement of the school parking lot just then Jai come and pushes Manthan away who then falls down by accident Manthan gets back up and grabs a rock and throws it towards Jai who moves and the rock hits Prachi on the head and she falls down in Kayyas arms Jai turns around and beats the shit outta Manthan every one is shocked Vardhan runs behind Jai with the same baseball bat but Laksh stops him and gives him the beating of a life tyme with the same bat… Kayya is screaming for help because too much blood was coming out of Prachi's head Jai hears this and knocks down Manthan with one last punch to the face and picks up Prachi and him Kayya get into Jai's car and leave off to the Breach Candy Hospital in Bombay leaving Manthan and Samar (who was hit in the face with a bat remember) knocked out cold on the ground. Laksh beats the shit outta Vardhan and then walks over to Saks and trys to take him off Nihaal he finally pulls him off Nihaal just then a car rolls up into the school parking lot the music blasting remember party like a rockstar? Yes it was Shiv who entered... Shiv drives up and takes his shades off right away and has a shocked expression on his face he doesn't brother parking the car and gets out as fast as he can and runs over to Nihaal "screaming what happened Nihaal get up! get up Nihaal!!!" but Nihaal was knocked out cold by Saks. Shiv looks around and see all three Vardhan, Samar, and Manthan knocked out on the pavement, blood was everywhere and Shiv quickly picks up Nihaal and and takes him back to his car and places him in the passenger side and runs over to Vardhan and places him in the back of the car and Lakshs runs over to help Shiv out with Manthan and then both runs over to Samar who was bleeding the most after Nihaal and pick him up and place him at the back with the other two, Shiv looks around and then drives off to the same hospital wher Jai and the girls went to. Laksh grabs Saks arm and says "cummon bro we have to go, to the hospital let bounce" Saks looks around for Bani who is crying and runs up to him and hugs him and all three leave to the hospital the teachers are all in shock and Prerna saw it all from her office window and contacts all of there family members at once. P2 also saw this and is in shock and goes to tell her BigP (SNITCH) but Prerna calms her down and tells one of her drives to take P2 back home.

Shiv arrives at the hospital and runs inside and come back out with three doctors and four stretchers "what happened to them?" one doctor asked Shiv "I don't know I just saw them all lying there.." Shiv said very worried "maybe a hit and run… umm never mind these boys where in a fight see his head yea a bat or maybe something stronger" the doctor said which made Shiv more worried. Inside the hospital Shiv was walking around the halls very worried and eventually walked into the same hall as Jai and Kayya, Jai was sitting on the bench while Kayya was crying Shiv runs over to Kayya "hey! hey, what's wrong are you okay Kayya remember me I'm your brothers friend… Shiv" he said she seemed very distracted and Shiv asked the boy sitting on the bench in black "hey are you with her, what happened to her?" Shiv asked him but got no answer "okay Kayya I'm going to call your brother what's his number?" Shiv took his blackberry out and gave it to Kayya who entered in the numbers… the phone began to ring "hello" a girls voice on the other side "umm hello hello is this Eklavya do you know where he is? his sisters in the hospital, Breach Candy tell him to come here immediately please…" Shiv said and the girl didn't speak because she was in shock "hello are you there please tell him to come fast" Shiv added on and hung up. "Kayya don't worry your brother is on his way" Kayya nodded and Shiv sat her beside the boy on the bench "Jai where's the doctor why isn't he coming out yet" Kayya asked him and Jai started crying he hugged Kayya and the doctor came out "Mr. Jai sorry we weren't able to save her life" and Jai was crying louder same with Kayya Shiv was standing there in shock and said "what happened doctor?" "he brought in a girl who was hit in the head really hard right above the eye, we don't know what hit her but it took her life" the doctor said and walked off Jai was crying and Kayya was hugging him. Shiv also left to check up on the four boys who where all lying on there stretchers laughing and joking around like nothing every happened Shiv walks in and Samar and Nihaal are shocked while Vardhan pretends he's sleeping and Manthan smiling really big. "what happened today, and tell me the truth?" Shiv says to Nihaal very calmly touching his shoulder which takes Nihaal off guard and is at lost of words "umm we where going to leave college because… umm our classes where done and umm then…" Samar stops and looks at Nihaal for a signal that should he continue or not but Nihaal smiles and adds on "Saksam… showed up and dragged me outta my jeep and did this to me… and that Baa's Kisna shows up out of nowhere and beats the hell outta these three…" Nihaal finishes off very angry Shiv is shocked but a little bit inside he doesn't believe them and asks "why did Saksam so this to you?" "I don't know he's a psycho maybe that's why" Shiv gets up and tells the boys to rest and walks out the door. Outside Laksh and Saksam are sitting on the bench Shiv walks to them very angry and the boys look at each other and stand up terrified looking at him but just then Eklavya shows up "where's my sister?" he says Shiv looks at him and says "don't worry she's fine mann… she's over there down that hall…" Eklavya runs down the hallway and disappears and Shiv runs off behind him leaving Laksh and Saks to jog off behind Shiv the men arrive in the hallway and Eklavya hugs his sister and she begins to explain what happened and Saks and Laksh sit beside Jai who is still crying on the bench Shiv here's the whole truth from Kayyas mouth and Saksam adds on his side and so does Laksh, Shiv is standing in shock and doesn't know what to say "yes bhia I didn't want to hurt him but you know my friend Bani" Shiv looks up and says "yeah I met her on the train' "yeah Nihaal was rude to her and touching her he's always like that and I just wanted to set him straight and then Nihaals friends where hitting me and Laksh came and fought them and then Jai tried to take us all of each other and then Manthan threw a rock at him" Saks stopped and Jai looked up "and then the rock hit Prachi and then she fell and then we fought more" Laksh added on Shiv was very shocked and told the boys to go home right now Saks and Laksh got up and left for there house Eklavya tells Shiv to hang in there and that this wasn't something knew Nihaals behaviors is always like this but these boys took a life today everyone's at fault not just that Manthan. Shiv gets up and asks for Jai to forgive Saks and Laksh and Nihaal and whoever else he wants to but Jai is very angry right now and doesn't listen and walks off Eklavya takes Kayya home and Shiv storms into Nihaal and the boys room at the hospital…….
