"So what did he said?" Naviya asked with confusion when Nandani came to her.

"He said that he is sorry for what he said and did." Nandani replied in a low voice.

"What??? Nandani I told you na...Now what to do? We have not done well to him."

"Naviya stop it yar I am already feeling very guilty."

"Yup you should feel like that. Now what is the plan? Did you tell him about his car?"

"No" Nandani said while covering her face with her hands because of the guilt inside her heart.

"O God Nandani. Now what?"

"I have decided that I would say sorry to him tomorrow."

"What am I understanding it right or not? You Nandani Murty would say sorry to him. WAO... He must be different" Naviya said in a naughty way and start to tickle Nandani.

"HAHAHAHA ok ok Naviya stop it na." Naviya stopped tickling her. While both of them laughed for some time.

"But Naviya I still didn't figure out how to say sorry to him." Nandani asked with a pout on her face.

"Not to fear when Naviya is here come I would give you some tips."

"Ok but fast my driver would be here soon." Nandani said while watching her wrist watch.

Naviya googled different ways to say sorry to a teacher from her cell phone. And they found a whole procedure.

"Look Nandani it says that always start with a straight forward 'I am sorry'. And yup the most important point don't break the eye contact while saying sorry and explain all the reasons why are you saying sorry. And say it like you really mean it." Nandani read the whole procedure and point out the important points.

"But Naviya I am feeling nervous"

"Oho just go home relax and practice you would be fine." Naviya gave an assuring smile.

"Hmmm I would try. Thanks yar" Nandani said with a small smile on her face.

"You are always welcome dear." Soon both Naviya and Nandani's drivers came to pick them up.

10 to 15 mints have been passed after Manik has left the University that his car stopped. He tried his level best but all in vain.

"God now what is wrong with you?" He said while hitting his car's tire with his shoe.

He dragged his car to a nearby workshop. After checking the car for 15 to 20 mints the mechanic said "Hahaha sahb is the petrol too expansive now a days?"

"What do you mean?" Manik asked in confussion.

"I mean sir if it wouldn't be that expensive then you would not have tried to run your car with water" The mechanic said while smiling.

"Shut up why I would pour water instead of petrol in my gas tank han?" Manik said with anger.

The mechanic understand that he had made Manik angry he control his laugh and said "Ok sir then may be someone else has done this. How long have you been driving your car since you last drive it?"

"Hmm it's been 10 to 15 mints." Manik said in a bazar tone.

"Hmmm sir that means the one who pour the water must not have done this long before you started it. Because the longer the water staye in the tank the more it disturb the engine and the more it stops the car from running." Mechanic said in a suspicious tone.

Manik's mind instantly started running the flashback how Nandani was standing near the gas tank area of the car. And again her wish echoed in his mind "Wish you safe journey"

O you little devil Nandani. She didn't even deserve my apology. You don't know Ms Nandani you have messed with the wrong guy. Manik was lost in his own thoughts when the mechanic said "O HELLO!" while waving his hand in front of Manik.

"Aaa yes." Manik came back from his mind's world to the real word.

"Han sahb tell me should I fix it?"

"Yup sure fix it. And here take this card it has my phone number and the address where I am staying send me the car and the bill there I would pay it."

"Ok sahb consider it done."

"Ok." While saying this Manik came out of the shop took a taxi to reach his flat. When he came inside his flat his cell started buzzing. He pick up the phone to hear a female voice from the other side "O hello my baby how are you? How was your first day at your job?"

"Hello mom yup it was fine." Manik replied in a low voice.

"Hmmm you sound low what happened? I told you that you don't need to do any job just come and help me in business." Nayonika Malhotra started arguing with his son after listening to his low voice.

"Mom mom relax. Be cool I am fine I had a great day it's just I am a little tired now nothing else." Manik tried to explain to his mom because he was not going to look after the business. He had a good degree and teaching was his passion.

"Are you sure dear?" Nayonika asked in a worried tone.

"Ya mom I am completely sure."

"Ok then take rest my baby and listen don't take too much stress. And whenever you think that you are done with this teaching thing you know what to do right darling?"

"Yaaa mom." Manik said in a bazar tone.

"Ok baby take care."

"Bye mom" and Manik ended the call. I would not let my mom know about anything happening here. Or else she would drag me to her business which I don't want. Manik thought to himself while laying down to his bed.

But what to do with that Nandani. I couldn't even guess that she was hiding such a devil nature behind that cute face of her. Wait what did I said she is cute. No no no she is not at all cute I hate her. And he closed his eyes in frustration and soon he went to sleep.

Here in Nandani's house at dinner table her mom Priyanka Murty asked her "So how was your day dear?"

Nandani replied in a low voice "It was fine I guess"

"Why what happened? You sound a little low?" Nandani's father Sidhart Murty asked her.

"Nothing dad it's just that course"

"Which course? Is the course or the teacher disturbing you?" Her father asked with concern.

Nandani at once remember that once when she told her dad about her teacher irritating her the next day he was in uni asking HOD to through that teacher out of the department. And the HOD just transferred that teacher to the other branch of uni in some other city. And she still remember that how that teacher tried his level best by asking other teachers to cut her marks. So she defiantly don't want that again.

"No no dad it's nothing. It's just that I am feeling tired after all I am taking an extra course to improve my grads."

"Wao see Mrs. Murty this is my strong bacha. She would defiantly make me feel proud." Priyanka passed a happy smile towards her husband.

"Thanks dad. Can I go now? I need to revise all the lectures." Nandani knew how to handel her dad well.

"Yup sure byta go go after all you are taking extra courses." Nandani's dad was more than happy to see her daughter taking so much interest in her studies. Nandani was Sidhart and Priyanka's only child and she was their proud.

As Nandani entered her room she said "Ayiapa What to do I can't say sorry to him just like that." Then her eyes gose on her teddy laying on her bed. "Yup come on teddy lets practice. Suppose you are Sir Manik and I am Nandani who came here to say sorry. Ok?" She herself moved teddy's head in yes.

"Good. Sit here" She placed the teddy in front of her and said "Hello sir how is your day going?"

She slap her forehead with her hand and said "Oho budhu you are going to say sorry as Naviya said be straight forward. Yup now let's do it again"

"Hi! Sir I am so sorry for what I did to your car and...O God it's not going to happen he is Manik not some teddy who is not gona say anything...What to do..." She thought for a while and went to her cupboard and take a pink chart paper to make a card "Yup sorry card would be great. In this way I don't need to talk to him...O Nandani you are genius...Thank you thank you" And she raised an invisible collar with her hands.

After completing the card Nandani called Naviya and told her that she is going to place the sorry card in his office first thing in the morning. Naviya agreed to Nandani's suggestion.

Next day Nandani was wearing a purple thigh long shirt with blue jeans. Naviya and Nandani came close to the office wing they saw Manik entered the wing 10 mints before. And Nandani was looking for a good chance when Manik come out of his office.

"Please come out I won't take long." Nandani said in a wispier. "Nandani relax your forehead is sweating." Naviya pointed Nandani to wipe out her forehead. At that exact moment Manik came out of his room and went towards the lecture room wing.

"Now is the time Nandani go go. He won't come back soon." Naviya pushed Nandani and stayed on her place just in case anything goes wrong so she would inform Nandani from outside. Nandani went in to Manik's cabin. Now where do I place you hmmm? Nandani started thinking where to place her card so that when he came back he saw her card first.

Manik went in to the lecture hall Ms. Aliya was already standing there. She was also new to the department, just appointed in last semester. She was famous in her students due to her dressing and good looks. Today she was wearing a knee length red dress with red heels. She was looking totally stunning. As soon as Manik saw her he felt irritation from her because of the way she smiled after watching him.

"Excuse me mam I think it's my lecture here." Manik said to Aliya.

"I am afraid sir but you are wrong. I think you are the new teacher Manik Malhotra right?"

"Yup" Manik replied in a bazar tone.

"Hello sir I am Aliya Saxena. And here is the time table look your lecture is at 11 am and its 9 am so it's not your lecture now." Aliya explained her point by showing Manik the time table.

"Aaa sorry to disturb you mam. And by the way nice to meet you." Manik came out of the lecture room he was mentally cursing Nandani for all this because this was all because of her that he was so absent minded today. O Nandani I hate you for this. He came running towards his office in anger.

Here Nandani was still in his office finding a proper place for the card. Just then Naviya saw Manik coming towards his office "Nandani hide sir is coming" she shouted so that Nandani would know that Manik is coming because it was too late for her to come out without coming in to Manik's notice.

Nandani was still holding her card. She run and hide under the table. At the same time when Manik came in to his office and locked the door from inside so that no one would disturb him. Because he was feeling like killing someone.
