Will Bhai do the same to iKaun?

During Singham Returns and Dolly ki Doli promotions, I used to wonder how Bhai's gonna control these two, Behna and iKaun. I've got my answer for Kareena. Bhai has kicked her out of most of the promotional events hence she's hiding her face holidaying in the U.K.

Will Bhai do the same to iKaun? Would Sonam also leave for a Disneyland tour during PRDP promotions?
