Even after getting financial independence and success women are shown to take crap from relatives and that is shown as their goodness or sanskaar. I hope real ppl don't fall for this type of suggestions in serials.

who cares...i am not watching the show...i am only watching kunal...i mute all scenes except of kunal..._____________________________________________________________I had given up on this show ages ago...But came back to it only because of KKK...He's simply awesome...but don't know how long I'll be able to tolerate the crap even because of him...And we speak of women empowerment...Urmi is a big let down to all independent women who know and want to stand up for their rights...

I am an NBT fan and a Kunalian and I've watched most of DAK from the start.
I started watching for Siddharth Arora (Ishaan).. My Beera from NBT2!
When he left, news mein tha ki he will be back soon. So I watched. I liked the acting but not the story. I stopped watching.
But after the first leap, Anupam Shyam entered and DAK took a good turn with Urmi standing up for herself. I now began to watch regularly.
When Siddharth joined a new show, it was certain he wasn't coming back. I still continued to watch.
When Vibhav came, I thought it was a bad casting choice but the courtroom drama was good.
But the next leap turned out to be the most boring one ever. It was ridiculous.
So I stopped.
Then I heard they're taking another leap, killing Ishaan while Mohit will play Shaurya. I was happy that I'd get to see a new side of Mohit, plus no Vibhav. Yay!
I liked Manasi as Urmi (back then, I didn't know that Kamya and gang were going to continue! Now it looks so weird!)
So I watched for about ten days before the leap to keep in touch with the story.
And then... Mohit left. I was like, DAK is finished.
BUT THEN!!!!!!!!!!
KUNAL took on Shaurya's role!!!!!
I couldn't believe it till I saw him on screen!!!!
Now I'm going to watch religiously, even when I hate the track!
Eeep! Kunal!!!!!
But seriously, yeh show mein kya bacha hai.. It doesn't even have anything to do with the title, Doli Armaanon Ki!
But Kunal!!!!!!!
And his hair! And his smile! And his style!
Haaye.
