ST knew Ashish from a long time.

Ashish has done many shows and he has a fan following of which we became aware during RR.

Through RR, he just added to his fan following and that too because of his acting. I can say this without any doubt, that the way he portrayed Rudra, nobody would have.

The case is RR was blessed with two popular and potential actors who succeeded in tugging our heart not only with their talent but their sizzling chemistry.

But it again proved that the ultimate hero of any show is the story.
I am making this statement for the good quality shows about which we are talking and not the TRP garnering shows.

Not all hit shows had popular actors

But here we had a Good cast and awesome show
but still it didn't work
I feel some problem with colors too
I am from south and in my region
Starplus,Zee,Sony,Life OK all available but not colors
OK now many colors shows are hit right
That too prime time shows
But will any of us watch them
I mean most RR fans won't
Even if ST has has gone for a Saas Bahu crap
he would have succeeded too
But I laud him for trying something like RR
Though he himself had to destroy it later

Many factors decide a shows success
Few of them are visible for us
Most of then are not
