According To me is Mitchel Starch Because He Has Both Swing And Pace Which Will Trouble England Batsmen A lot 😊 .

Starc won't even play for the most part. Hazlewood will be the most dangerous in those conditions.

Harris should be an option too.

Actually, I rate both equally😉😆, Hazelwood and Starc both are in Good form😆 MJ is sometimes hero and sometimes zero😆

Regarding your point, both are Consistant so I think And Hazelwoo has also Good Capacity to Swing and Seam😉😆
