i think her marriage and divorce took a toll on her she started looking scarily underweight in 2009, all bones and no meat on her that's also when salman passed some comment on her having to stop to lose weight after discussing the bebo size zero thing on duskadum.
after that she got pregnant and delivered her baby, and got back into shape literally within 7 months . and ever since she was having marital problems/ separated. she has been dropping more and more weight especially in the past 3 years so yeah, the entire thing must have taken a toll on her.
i have a feeling she will pass early due to some reason.

Her pregnancy must have been tough with the marriage issues and all and some women get into depression post delivery..and in her case with the circumstances i won't be surprised if that happened

Kareena looks just fine now. Fevicol se was her best weight. Some flab on arms and belly is always a treat..as saif says..juicy bebo anyday..glad kareena ditched size zero

very true post partum depression isn't as unusual as one would imagine. with the added stress it would definitely make sense.
