i jus went thr. this forum n saw many threads regarding the indian idol -fixed!for amit.n this's been the talk of the town ..n if this turns out to be true then it would bring a shame for the indian idol aswell for india,for they still do discriminate between indians n others(incase of prashant -nepali).afterall both of them hails 4m india n r indians but why all these partiality thing??

i mean the format of the show is such tht.the indian idol is declared on the basis of their singing n..-da votes!!if amit gets highest votes then he should b da indian idol if not vice-versa!!

i hope the results turn out to be fair !

agree!!the result is totally based on the votes and if amit gets the highest then he shud be if not the idol shud he prashant!!!if it comes true as predicted(rumors and stuffs),then there's nodoubt the show is all abt collecting money from sms and choosing the one they want to be the idol!!want the show to be fair!

It is only Prashant's fans must be spreading such rumours as they are feeling insecure now It is for sure Prahsant has his own people to vote i.e. Darjeeling, Police and Army and THIS ISOLATION IS CREATED BY DARJEELING PEOPLE ONLY AND NOT OTHERS. All other contestants were getting votes scattered way i.e. from all parts of India. Now that these contestans are eliminated Amit is bound to get these fans votes as they were never Prashant's fans and preferred Amit over him ( anybody who loves music will do this only). So Prashant's votes may count less. I feel bad for Prashant as IT IS NOT HIS FAULT. if the fans behave this crazy way he cannot do anything. But he is trying his best to sing better. Other contestants i am sure did not get votes only from their states alone but from others also.

So what i mean to say is that why don't you accept that Amit is better singer than Prashant and so he will get more votes and not bec Prashant is Nepalese etc. If he sings next time good I am sure we all will vote him. I did not vote Ankita at all. But good singers like Pooja, Deepali, Emon, Chang and even Prashant whenever he sang good i did vote him. His voice is good husky i like but still he needs to improve.

don't kno who's spreadin this kinda rumors n why ?but i don think rumors would spread..regardless of any basis,cause..

Anjali get your facts straight first. Darjeeling is not in Nepal and Prashant is NOT Nepalese.He is just belong to nepali origin like Emon being a Bengali, Chang a chinese , Amit an assemmese just for instance.It's people like you who are creating havoc and haterd in the name of fanfollowing and drawing a line between their own people. The voting should be fair be it for Amit or for Prashant. I am fan of Amit too but for goodness' sake don't behave so naively and irresponsibley that Amit's neutral voters shy away after seeing your hatemonger comments.Vote your favorite and praise all you want don't drag other contestant unnecessarly specially their fans with wrong allegiations.

Don't let me boil over you Anjali. Get your facts corrected. Darjeeling is part of India, and you are doing serious crime by submitting the land of India to a foreign nation Nepal. Go get enrolled in school to learn geography of india first before spitting here BS.
