Hi, we made a name ringtone mixer which enable people to have ringtone that call out their name and mix with their favourite song. We find many name ringtones online are fixed name and song, which mean you found your name but you may not like the ringtone song that comes with it.

my phone is always on silent i hate to distract and annoy ppl in the public places

Sometimes I do set my ringtone on low volume or vibration mode when I am in public places.
