Though tbh I am wondering whether Aahil tells Jannat that she's Sanam because otherwise why would she trying to prove that she isn't Sanam if she doesn't know? Also I think she's throwing herself more into this fake Shajan relationship and nikah because she's scared of her feelings for Aahil. She's said it before that she doesn't feel the same way that Shaad does for her so I'm guessing she's just going along with this because she has to and she feels it's her responsibility and her real feelings for Aahil scare her. She's trying to prove that she doesn't feel anything for Aahil but she does. She tries to do things for Shaad to prove that she's Jannat and doesn't feel anything for Aahil but it always leads back to Aahil. Because even though she plans to do these things for Shaad, her love is actually for Aahil and she'll eventually realise that. If she has any brains she'll start to question how she knows all this about Aahil. His allergies, his clothes size. She'll question why despite her trying to prove she's Jannat and doesn't love Aahil that she always gets led back to him.

Though tbh this track is irritating and the Shajan PDA is annoying and how Aahil supposedly can't do anything despite being her husband. The old Aahil would have had Shaad slammed up against a wall by now and would be threatening him for his touchy behaviour with his wife. He'd tell him the truth and tell him to back off and if not would throw him out of the house. He wouldn't just sit there letting it happen in his own house. I mean Rehan liked Sanam and tbh it was kind of innocent compared to Shajan and look how jealous and angry Aahil got. Are we meant to believe this is the same man?
