nothing new in Nishi's attitude towards her mum - blame her for everything happening in her life. N who is not a good example when it comes to husband and dad materilal, just waits to oppose R when ever he gets an opportunity

Oh! Take a break!

Ragini is being an idiot and stubbon which she justifies as 'assool'

This is today and not the last century!!

What do you suggest we break while taking a break?

Maybe the stupidities of the other characters, as well ... what say?

As a Mom and a Woman I would do exactly the same thing for my kids that Ragini did. I can absolutely relate to her.
Expecting Kids to finish studies and get a career first is the right thing to do . Ragini is an excellent Mom. She was against Nishi's marriage right from the very start. She was against Aarav's business.

Neil came and bulldozed his way thru their lives...and we see the results. In my humble opinion Ragini's only mistake was not trusting Nachiket. As a Mom she is perfect she was a better parent than Neil.

If she failed somewhere its as a WIFE ...and before we forget Neil is far from perfect.

I agree with you ...Neil 's remarks about her parenting were uncalled for. 😡

@ Dimdim, Ragini is justified in her expectations BUT it is the delivery of those expectations which do not coincide with the times.

I am sure you will agree with me that children today are not the children of the last century.

Hence their handling should be different too.

Parenting really is an art. Not all have it.

I think Ragini is perfect as a parent. Inspite of her reservations she gave in and approved both Nishi's and Aarav's actions. Isn't that what is called changing with times? As a Mom her expectations were left unfulfilled yet she went along for her kid's happiness. Of children today are different. So are the parents. Expecting a Child to be independent and have a career before Marriage is today 's Parent. Earlier Parents would just wait to get their girls married at 18. Ragini is very much today's PARENT.

Children today have it tougher today the competition is fierce and they need to arm themselves well with respect to more education/ a good career.

@ Dimdim, each to their own thoughts is all I can say.

We cannot impose our view on children, we can suggest.

Getting late for work. 6:45 am here.

Hope to catch up with you some time in the forums.
