In an interview with IANS, Vinay offered his perspective on the rumors surrounding Govinda and Sunita Ahuja. He stated, "I sincerely pray that my Mama and Mami's relationship always remains strong and private. That is my only wish."

Vinay also addressed Sunita's remarks about Govinda's family involvement, highlighting their son Yashvardhan's talent and promising future. He concluded, "If my aunt has expressed something, then I would gently tell my uncle to pay attention, because I would never speak wrongly about either of them."

Govinda’s divorce rumours

Rumors linking Govinda to Komal have circulated on social media, sparking speculation about his marriage. While unconfirmed, the alleged affair has led to reactions from fans and industry insiders.

Govinda, in an interview with ANI, discussed the controversy, asserting that his family was targeted by a larger scheme. He stated they were victims "to the well-planned conspiracy by someone, and a separation surfaces."

Govinda explained that Sunita frequently worries about the family's public image and well-being, particularly when his professional endeavors faced challenges.

Elaborating further, Govinda said, "I was told that the people in my family might be unknowingly involved, and they won't realise that they are being used in the initial stages of a big conspiracy... But she Sunita can never think that she herself has been unknowingly placed in a big conspiracy, with her being thrown into the field as the opening batsman."

Govinda’s work front

Govinda, married to Sunita Ahuja for 37 years, is a renowned figure in Hindi cinema, celebrated for films like Shola Aur Shabnam and Coolie No 1. He later entered politics with the Shiv Sena. The couple has two children, Tina and Yashvardhan.
