No...Kangana has not replaced DP...she has made her own place in the industry... If Kangy's TWMR is blockbuster, then DP's Piku dint flop either...It also did quiet well at the BO... The only difference was of script... TWMR was more entertaining and funny... while Piku was entertaining and serious at some points!

I think its just a beginning of the competition between the two... Only the coming 2 years will tell who wins it... Only if Kangana is able to match up to DP's choice of movies, which have been consistently appreciated and worked at BO, then she has the chance to replace DP... Otherwise if she does movies like Ungli and Revolver Raani, then there is no chance she can win in this race.

Look at Deepika's next few films, and then look at Kangana's and then compare.

I must say Deepika and Kangana are soo different you cant compare apple and oranges but still people enjoy both. Deepikas acting style and the whole package is completely different to what Kangana delivers. Deepika points alot just with her presence and if she also acts in her movie really good it is a joy to watch her. While Kangana is a really good actress but if you have a kangana and a deepika in one frame you will have only eyes for deepika because she has an amazing screen presence. Kangana delivers her part without having A-List actors in her movies and does the whole entertainment package on her own or with help of good actors. While deepika is paired opposite A-list actors from SRK to Ranveer to Irrfan and she is bang on with her presence even if her dialogue delivery is bad you dont notice it because you fall in love by only watching at her. While Kangana needs a good story to enjoy her movies without that she falls really flat. It doesnt mean that Deepika can pull of movies without content I only want to say that actingwise both girls are good maybe kangana even much better but Deepika is a whole package she can also only stand there you will still look at her.
