Main hero Balamurugan having flashback about his marriage to Vennila in 2012. Meanwhile lawyer calls him bringing him to reality..
Goes back to flashback mode.. Lovey dovey world with wife...
However one day huge fight. Nila screams. Bala yells at her to keep quiet.. Both live in one house from then separately .. Both are sad. Differences between them that cannot be solved by talking.
Vennila leaves the house with her bag. Bala calls out to her.
Bala thinks about all this while on his motorcycle. He arrives at the family court and finds his lawyer. Vennila arrives them in a car. She goes to her lawyer.
Both of them go into the family court. They are asked about whether they have any objection to the divorce. Bala signs first. Nila comes. They ask if she needs to recover anything from Bala. She says no.
Both sides awaiting verdict. Nila and Bala look at each other. Judge calls them to the front. Judge says today is the last day to object to the divorce and says before he passes the judgement he asks them to think whether they can solve the problems between them. Both of them want the divorce. Judge advises them not to decide out of emotion and says court can give six months to delay the judgement if either of them wishes to.
Both say they will die if they live with each other for a few more minutes. Judge grants them the divorce because both agreed to and says now there is nothing between them. They leave.
Bala and Nila look at each other. Lawyer gives Nila the divorce certificate and requests fees to be paid. She wishes her all the best. Bala's lawyer says he is lucky that he has no more headache of a wife and talks about second marriage. He receives his fees and asks Bala to say goodbye to Nila.
Bala goes over to Nila and asks if they can go for a cup of coffee. Nila stares at him.
