<font size="3">I hope he does not get unfairly treated as there is someone behind
this case making sure he gets nailed. Its very clear since the day this
accident unfolded. He is in a tough spot due to his celebrity status
as getting off with no punishment may lead to backlash and considered a
sell out among the Shoba de of the worlds who hate him. However if
convicted he will turn out to be a martyr and stronger considering the
grave crimes in India get off so easily and we have hardly seen any
politician or their ilk going to jail. In his current status of a
genuine caring , Being Human and helping out thousands if not millions
of underprivileged it will be a shame if he is locked up.</font>

month max terms should suffice to keep all parties happy. This is if he
was behind the wheels , if it is legal to sleep on footpath and if he
was drunk. This is one Aishwarya phase which is not letting him off

suffered enough in his personal life and has gone through his punishment
for all these 13 years even without being in Jail. He has taken care
of the family. He is being put through all this because of his Celebrity
status. How many politicians and powerful people in this country get
away with murder and the worst crime? It was at a time when he broke up
with that unlucky woman Ashwariya Rai who was the cause of it all. She
broke Vivak heart too. Salman was miserable, unhappy and depressed. He
lost his mind. May the honorable Judge see through his personal life and
understand what he was mentally going through. Salman is a good
charitable man, he suffered many losses. He was in Jail within himself.
Have MERCY most Merciful Honorable Judge and give him 6 months. My Uncle
is a Judge himself in the US and he said if it was him, he would
DISMISS the case completely as the bodyguard who was with him is dead to
give any testimony. And with certain the evidences not there, the case
must be dismissed. In many religious including Islam, if the family of
the diseased forgave Salman, then the Case must be dismissed. Even in a
country like Saudi Arabia, where punishment is DEATH if you kill some
one, STILL if the family forgives you and you compensate the family,
then the case is DISMISSED. There is something called FORGIVENESS by the
family themselves. Its between them and Salman. The honorable Judge,
most merciful must have the fear of the most merciful of all the
Merciful God when deciding his decision. He will face God one day for
this wrongful decision on a man just because he is a celebrity. If any,
to please these haters of the country who evil his life, just give him 6
months if he so decides. Or else with the Honorable Judge's infinite
mercy, let him go Free. Dismiss the case once and for all. He suffered
enough Merciful Judge and I pray God to honor you in this world and the
next world before God as a true mercy human being. God bless you. I end
