First,when is the 'blaming the victim' attitude change?Will it ever change?Second,the corrupt judiciary system of India which took 13 long years to punish Salman but few hours to grant him bail.Third,the Government's failure to improve the conditions of poor.Even today,the poor cannot fulfill the basic needs of life.
Whether it's rape or any form of crime,the victims are always blamed.
