Did MBS Flop? - Page 2

Part of me thinks even this show will be pulled off air without completing 100 episodes. A show lasting 6months finite is better. They are repeating the same mistake of not showing promo again and again. I never expected this show to do well in the first place. This is turning out to have less numbers that Humsafars did. I hope they don't turn this into horror or change the genre of this show like they did for sony did to other shows

last september sony launched HS & HHN.they got good opening trps coz sony promoted well.but the other two new shows did not get trps & also both hs & hhn lost viewers.that time sony realised that not family drama/love stories but only mytho/historical shows & big stars' shows will work for them.thats why iknmp,dkb,karn,reporters & MH is/will be launched.they even scraped ST's show.but MBS team already shot for 26 epis.i guess thats why sony gave it a chance

MBS is a good show but it was not promoted even at the starting.only one promo & zero promotion after it started can be responsible for poor trp.

not surprised, the show is just not clicking with me...and too idiotic portrayal...of the :gudda guddi ki shaadi, the parents who put romeo juliets parents seem like kindergarden kids, throwing eggs! the vampish chachi, i dont know, i just have lost it...maybe i am wrong...but i am not connecting with this and i have not connected with the other sony serial with ram kapoor, totally idiotic ...who runs from the cops with their wifes kalash, and the daughter being a supermartyr

i just dont get it, my pov, but i had disconnected from this show, the moment she threw trash on the car and was saying i must love him if i feel jeolous! all the portrayals of characters are so immature! be it parents or kids~so maybe one reason for low trps...people like me just dont get it! time is short and there are other things i rather do than watch the serial, i usually do watch all other sony shows...but this one is just too weird for me, sorry guys

the question was why are trps so low? could not resist to answer from my perspective and no offense intended...the actors are great but the writing and depiction of their characters is just overdone!
