Though it appears confusing yesterday's epi actually throw more light to me on the happening on the past few weeks. I will put the analysis here. Bhairavi clearly says the Garuds are the different parts of the same body and for the body to function well, they all have to come together.
If you look the 2 key elements of the body is head and heart. Shiva represents the head and Bairavi represents the heart. Heart gives the force and head gives the direction. As per Newton's first law " Every object continues in rest or moves with a constant velocity unless acted upon by force. Same is the case with Garuds. They were still or moving in their own way till Bairavi came into picture. Once the force comes, the action starts.
Now if you look the bomb scare though Shiva was in captivity his brain was functioning normal, hence force combined with the direction make Rudra take the right action, where he tells his decision to save hundreds will be approved by his baba. It is true. Heart and head in sync right action is the result.
Now we see the head losing focus slowly, but the force remains. And we slowly see the detoriation in the decision making ability of Rudra. Because as head detroriates direction is hazy, but since force is there something has to be done.
In the present state head is in a mess, unable to decide, does not know who is friend who is foe. But since force is there it is taking some action. Same is the case with Rudra. With Bairavi there and no direction from Shiva, his emotions cloud his decision. Heart rules as head is unable to contribute anything. Now with him asking Bairavi to go, he will continue to operate in the present realm ruled by emotions as there is no force to correct it.
Bairavi is opening up his emotions completely. Whatever he has to do with his emotions let him do. Because by basing his actions on emotions a time will come where he will face his own death and his team's defeat. That will be the point he will realize when to use dil and when to use dimaag. Because at that point dil will come both as his strength as well as weakness.
Some things you cant teach, people has to experience themselves to understand the folly of their actions and correct it. Bairavi very well know what she is doing. She even warns Rudra, not to overcome by emotions. Earlier also she warned, attack on mind will happen. Shiva too they have attacked the mind, unlike the polish gang who were doing physical torture. She had asked him to control mind. But Rudra has not. So he will go on a wreck mode for most part atleast till 100 epi is what I feel.

My dear Shruthi,

As usual, a very interesting concept, or premise, to analyse the events taking the garuds as a body.

So now, with neither the brain nor the heart (though I cannot quite see Bhairavi as the heart; she is too cut and dry and decisive! I thought Rudra was the heart?) acting on the 5 remaining garuds, especially on Rudra, you foresee drift till an absolute catastrophic situation is faced. Which forces Rudra to read the situation correctly using his dimaag, and thus to change course.

Does this mean that you visualise Rudra as the body proper of the garuds?

And if Bhairavi and we have to wait till the time comes "when Rudra will face his own death and his team's defeat, which will be the point he will realize when to use dil and when to use dimaag", it seems to me that it is very risky.

Of course, this being just a story and not real life, he will win out in the end, but in real life, this would be like playing Russian roulette.
