This goes to say that even though they aren't exactly BFFs, doesn't mean they don't share a decent equation where they can ask each other for pictures and stuff. The Spider-Man dubsmash and this are examples. And it's good to see. :)

I get why people may think it's Dishank. But Parth is leaner than Dishank. Narrow shoulders. This looks like Parths frame for sure.
