We are nearing the inevitability, the circumstances that force the kids to seek shelter with their grandfather are at the doorstep.

Another episode that made us live through the grief and turmoil of Ahuja family, we almost knew what will happen in today's episode, but that no way lessened the heart-wrenchingness.

Seriously, does this guy Karan have any brain? He drops such a bombshell on Disha, and then walking off after telling her to be brave for Aarav.. Doesn't he have any senses?

Ram manages to immerse the ashes, keeping a little with himself to feel Anu's presence forever. Ram was as usual too good in the new FB where Anu asking Ram to check with doctor for his persisting cold and Gurdeep as Anu was again OTT in the scene. Not just the acting, even the character's reaction seemed OTT to me.

Disha just can't believe still that her father can do this. Few more FBs of happy moments and then Ram's weird & suspicious behaviour.

The scene of the day.. The phone convo.. Ram's expression and body language were just so perfect.. Even his physical appearance so well matched the situation, the shabbiness of dressing, the tiredness & weariness in his face, lines around the eyes and mouth, very well done.. And the concern in Ram's voice when he questioned Disha on why she is reprimanding Aarav, the helplessness & shock when Disha questions him about whether he killed Anu & when he replied yes, the stunned and broken look when Disha told him that her father is dead for her form today.. Ram Kapoor lived and breathed as Ram Ahuja today..

The second in line today is little Aarav, his every gesture spoke volumes today, his eagerness to talk to his father, his pain in hearing Disha screaming that his father is dead, the little anger he shows to Disha, but not troubling her too much when she apologised, pointing out her tear, asking her to apologise to Ram when he comes back, and later when he was holding Ram's shaving kit & remembering the moments with his dad, asking Disha who will take her of them.. On the whole he was cuteness personified.

Mahima as Disha was as usual good, but Ram and Aarav stole the show from her today..

Ram walks into the middle of rushing traffic and gets hit. As expected, no ID on him and police couldn't find anything about him, doctor telling it will take 24 hours for him to gain conscious. What he will wake up us, a walking corpse?

The police in Mumbai must have some clue that he will be going to Nasik for the ashes immersion, then why they didn't inform the Nasik police about Ram?

Rest of the episode was mainly fillers. Disha & Aarav interaction, Disha's FBs, and she proclaiming she will never forgive her father.. And yes, the good doctor bringing them food.

Precap: The situation worsening for the kids with the school teacher telling Disha that they can't continue in the school without paying the fees (does that mean they have pending fees?), groceries running out, the good Doctor's wife being not so good, telling her hubby why should they keep feeding for the kids and the kids overhearing it :(. I think with the house-owner asking them to vacate, the kids' misery will be total. I expect Sooraj to arrive on time and take the kids with him to Mr. Kapoor :(.

Most probably by end of this week, kids will be settled with Mr. Kapoor and Ram will be at the deep end of rock bottom,. Expecting a short leap at the beginning of next week.

Thank you Geetha for the take. Yes, we are at the start of another phase in the show.

You feel sorry for both Ram and the children, but feel like knocking Karan's head! Maybe he can join Ram in the hospital!

Ram keeping a bit of the ashes to keep a part of Anu always with himself was touching and in a way, more romantic than conventional romance and romantic scenes. I loved the FB scene and no, this time did not feel that Gurdeep/Anu was OTT.

I wish Disha had that bit of extra faith in her father that everything is not as it seems...but again, she's young and has just faced a huge tragedy and now this. Her reaction is justified. Perhaps when time goes by, she may start to think.

Yes, Ram was excellent...not only the acting but the outward look. He looked defeated, lost and shabby...just as he should look after all that has happened.

Aarav touched our hearts today with his acting. The little boy has lost almost his whole world. Disha is his only support system now. Wonder if he will get close to his grandfather?

Agree, Ram and Aarav stole the show today, thought Disha was good too.

Wouldn't it be easy for Mumbai and Nasik police to solve who Ram is? Unless they are not supposed to find Ram as per script and he comes to meet his children, unknown to them and anyone else.

Seems the Doctor's wife is a mini-vamp hehe. Though I do agree that it is not their responsibility to look after the children, there's a way of talking. Too bad the good doctor has a not so kind wife. Yes, I do think Sooraj will bring the children to Mr Kapoor and there in will start the next phase of the show. Ram may most probably come back to an empty house (or full house if the house owner has already rented it out) and then try to contact his children. What happens next...it's not easy to predict at this point.

Nooo.. Let Ram be peaceful in hospital without his GFN friend, who knows what Karan will next convince him of, perhaps to commit suicide!!

Yes, Ram keeping a bit of ashes for himself was a nice romantic gesture..

More than the act, I found the behaviour of Anu very odd, the situation doesn't demand that heavy dialogues about the plight of women without hubby and somehow Gurdeep's expressions didn't match the dialogues, over-all I didn't find this particular FB as relatable as the previous ones.

Yes, wish & hope Disha starts recollecting the positive things about her parents love and seeks to find out what made Ram take the step. Ram - Disha bonding was shown to be too strong & Disha to be too sensible for her to remain angry with her father for long.

Yes, Ram's haggard look was perfect as his expressions.

Another good thing about the show is Aarav behaving his age, he is naughty and bubbly, but doesn't talk or behave beyond his age. Hope the boy remains unaware of the bitterness of life for little bit longer.

Yes, it should be pretty straightforward for the Nasik and Mumbai police to collaborate. I could understand Nasik police's behaviour, as the doctor said Ram would mostly gain conscious in 24 hours, they might have decided to wait for him to tell about himself before checking with other city police forces. But the investigating team in Mumbai is a mystery to me, they know Ram took the Asthi Kalash, then why aren't they searching for him in all the places / towns where he could have taken the ashes for immersion?

Doctor's wife mindset is pretty common, but her words were very hurtful and very much in contrast to the good doctor. Wonder what happened to the other neighbours who took the kids to hospital, that lady seemed more sympathetic.

Will Ram seek to meet his children (and fail) or in the aftermath of Disha's words, will be decide that children are better off with the FIL.. We have to wait & watch..

My thoughts on the episode is very mixed. Some of the scenes were great and really touching, and there were some that made me kind of mad.

To begin with, yes, Ram and Aarav stole the episode. His appearance is literally on point, when he was walking on the road, he looked so lost. And he's been wearing the same shirt for god knows how long, I think since he last visited Anu before her death. Anyways, appearance wise it really blends in with the situation and I think it's very realistic. I loved the phone conversation too. He's honestly just perfect.
Aarav, my god. His innocence, his unawareness, his expressions, he's great. I'm loving Aarav. Perfect casting. Left me speechless.

The interactions with Aarav and Disha in this episode was very very very touching. Disha promising Aarav that she'll never leave him, very very cute but somehow I feel like after Disha's love interest crap starts, she will slowly start to give Aarav less attention. That's what I feel. Hopefully that is really not the case. He's very young and needs care and attention, especially during such a delicate time.

I actually REALLY wished Ram would've said that he didn't kill Anu- CAUSE HE DIDN'T! Just because he moved the bed like a tad bit closer, that really doesn't mean he killed Anu because he did not. He could've told Disha that he did not kill Anu but there is other information that nobody knows. This idiotbox Karan just had no damn right to announce to Disha that Ram 'killed' Anu, and then casually walking away saying stay strong for Aarav. Only if Ram had properly explained to Karan what really happened then this drama would've been easily avoided. I could not bear to hear Disha saying don't contact us again and when she said you're dead to me, like oh my god, I couldn't take that. This is like Peehu hating Priya all over again- which was ew. Except it's Disha hating Ram- which is worse. They were such a cute father-daughter duo. Nooo.

I liked Mahima as usual today, she was brilliant- but in my opinion, I feel like some of the Disha scenes were a bit too much. Or maybe it's just the fact that I cannot stand to see Disha hate Ram. Either one.

Very very sad precap! What kind of a neighbour is this- no feelings at all for young children who lost their mother and supposedly their father. Nobody can even imagine what Disha and Aarav are going through unless they have really faced it- which I'm afraid they have not. If they can't or don't want to help the kids for whatsoever ridiculous reason, then better just keep their mouth shut and at least pretend to be polite. Not that hard. And as for the fees thing, I guess it is true. No matter how crazy this situation is, they're gonna have to pay the fees. Also, how can Disha and Aarav live alone? I don't think they are old enough to live by themselves. Disha seems to be 15-17, and she needs to be 18 before she can live by herself. But then again, soon enough she will be living with Kapoors.

Disha trying to cook scenario was very sad. Must be so hard for her, and cooking for Aarav too. Where is Karan NOW? These are times when a friend can help. This guy is helping in just the most stupid times. Ugh.

Overall, very dramatic episode. Like Suganthi mentioned, predicting anything at this stage is hard. Anything can happen that viewers will bot expect. As of now, I also feel that by the start of next week Disha and Aarav will shift to Kapoors and Ram will be totally alone and broken. At the least this Karan guy can help a bit during that time. But if I were Ram, the first thing I'd do after waking up would be going and banging Karan's head into a wall for telling Disha. He had really no right to do that. In fact, I blame this all on Karan. I hate him. Anyways, good episode with some very very touching scenes and some others that got me real mad. Let's see what's in store for us tomorrow.

Sanjana, I don't think Disha will ever ignore or overlook Aarav and his needs. I also don't this there is any typical love track. This so called boyfriend is more of a support system rather than run of the mill romance partner. As per media articles, Manika's snooty children are to be introduced soon and Disha (& Aarav) might feel more alienated in Kapoor mansion, and Disha might find her only friend there in Sooraj's son.

Yes, Ram didn't kill Anu in in the true sense of the word, but we already know that Ram feels that he is directly responsible for the act, and in his mind it is as good as he pulling the plug off. I think Ram didn't find it necessary to confide in Karan, Ram was looking forward to being with the kids rather than looking backward about the act, and the GFN Karan was busy locking up or pursuing Ram to hide instead of listening to him. Moreover, it would not have even occurred to Ram that Karan will blurt out the half truth to Disha.

Pihu hating Priya had zero percentage of logic, whereas Disha has valid reasons to hate Ram in the current scenario. I do hope she will have a change of heart / try to reason out once she gets over the tragedy and gather some sort of equilibrium. But will Ram be around to answer her when she wants to question him?

Ok, from the doctor's wife POV, though her words are hurtful, she didn't tell them purposely in the presence of kids I think, it was more like she was questioning her husband in the privacy of their house and the kids happen to overhear it.

Yup, good episode and more awaits today..
