August 29, 2007 Update

Indhu comes back home, does not look Shanti at the face. Shanti questions her as to where she has been, she does not reply. Shanti then asks her not to lie, finally Indhu says she went to see Abirami. She is very upset with Indhu.

Shanti goes to see RK mama, the savior, tells him about Indhu's behavior. RK hears her story and tells her the alarming part of the story is that Indhu lied to you to go and see Abirami (for once I think he made a little sense), he tells Shanti to make sure she does not scold Indhu when she goes to see Abirami, but instead to encourage her to come and tell Shanti if she wanted to go see Abirami.

Kandhu comes to SKPDs house, he sees KNK and tells her how unjustly Abirami handled him. As he is talking Abirami enters and demands money from Kandhu. KNK interferes and asks Abirami to write off all the money Kandhu owes them. SKPD also enters the scene and finally he is forced to take his daughter's side, Abirami storms away. Kandhu takes SKPD to a corner and blackmail's him about Murugesh's death. Says people are talking that Murugesh was killed, that he saw you last before he went missing/dead. Kandhu further says the police don't know about all this, but he can inform the police if need be. As Kandhu is leaving he reminds SKPD to destroy all documents relating to him.

Srini and Vishnu are playing snooker/billiards (pretending to, a hopeless attempt). Srini tells Vishnu about SR, how dangerous he is. He further laments saying that the police have started suspecting him of the forgery case. He wants to surrender and turn approver, so that his sentence will get reduced. Vishnu advises him against it.

Murugesh's wife comes to SKPDs house. Kanakku tries to send her away, but KNK interferes, asks what the problem is. The lady says her husband worked here and he has been missing for the past 2 months. KNK asks her if she contacted the police. The lady says the police have not given a definite answer. KNK tells her to inform ACD, and calls ACD from her mobile. Kannaku is watching all this. ACD is working his computer, his mobile is ringing. FREEZE.

August 30, 2007 Update

KNK calls up ACDs cell no and pretends as if it is Emergency Police No. ACD understands and acts accordingly, she tells them that such and such person has gone missing, that a complaint has been lodged, but no action has been taken. ACD notes the details. KNK then takes Rs. 500 from Kannaku and gives it to Murugesh's wife.

Indhu is ready to leave for school. The phone rings, its Karthik. He initially hesitates, but finally says Its Karthik calling, INdhu calls him Appa, he is sooooo happy. Oore sentiment mazhai. She wants to know when he is coming back, he tells her tomorrow. She is happy and leaves for school. Shanti calls up RK mama and Madhan and tells them the good news.

ACD calls up Ghani and gives him details about Murugesh. Tells him to investigate further and get him details about the action taken by the respective police station.

SCENE OF THE DAY:
ACD comes home for lunch. Changes into a full hand shirt, white shirt with stripes. His servant or whoever that is serves him food. Menu: Avial, Sambar....(the rest I missed - Giri could you fill up here), ACD tastes the food and asks the servant which hotel it is from. Servant says its from a nearby hotel. ACD wants to know which hotel, the guy says i don't know the name. ACD instructs him to get food from this particular place every day. Says "veetla samacha maathiriye irruku" From near the kitchen door a voice says "veeta samacha maathiriye irruka illa veetukaari samacha mathiri irruka" ACD turns to find a laughing Priya who wants to know how the food tastes. ACD says its horrible and Priya immediately tries to remove the plate. Finally ACD has to give in, asks Priya where she learnt to cook so well. Priya says she felt bad that he said he was tired of eating outside so she decided to cook for him. ACD wants to know what's for dinner. Priya gives a look and tells him first tie a knot and then she will do everything for him. ACD tells her to go get a thaali, that he is ready to tie the knot immediately. Both are laughing.

Ghani comes to Murugesh's residence, inquires some of SKPDs old men He finds out that Kandhu had helped Murugesh and goes off to see Kandhu.

Indhu is anxiously awaiting her dad's arrival ordering about everybody. Calls RK and tells him to come to her house, see Karthik and leave immediately, because she has a lot of things to talk to him about. AFter sometime, all are assembled at Shanti's house. ARjun and Narayanan go to station. AFter sometime they call back RK and tell him Karthik has not come. RK is shocked. FREEZE.

August 31, 2007 Update

Arjun informs RK that Karthik will not be coming, that due to some urgent last minute work, he missed the train. RK conveys this to Indhu who gets upset. Finally, RK decides the whole family is going to Ooty to see and spend time with Karthik.

Chinna Pechi (CP), Pechi Patti (PP) and Abirami have come to temple. PP is thankful to God for having brought her granddaughter back, she wants Muthulakshmi back, CP is not happy with the idea. Abirami backs CP. As they are coming out of the temple somebody is photographing them.

SR has the photo in his hand, he has made arrangements for a strike at the harbor, so that SKPD comes to the harbor, and he can kidnap CP. He gives him men some money to carry out their tasks effectively.

Harbor strike starts and SKPD gets a call, he takes Kannaku and goes to the harbor, while CP is alone at home. After SKPD leaves, one of the guys from the road laying gang goes to see CP tells her that her "dad" is hurt and is serious in the hospital. CP panics and goes with that man empty handed leaving behind the security people.

SRs man calls up Charu and tells her that SKPD is planning to kill his own daughter CP. Charu is shocked.

As CP leaves to see her father ACDs men planted outside SKPDs house inform ACD that CP has left with some one in a van, that she looks tense. ACD feels CP may be in trouble, asks him men to follow CP and to inform him as to where they are going.

The cops are following CP, and they inform ACD as to what is happening. ACD is also in his jeep.

CP is going in the taxi, she wants to know where her "dad" is, how he is. The men in the van lie to her saying her dad is in a hospital in Poonamalle. One of the men gets a call SR asking them to bring CP to a different location. SR tells them to bring CP to a guest house in Kottivakkam. CP is listening to all this, and starts doubting them. FREEZE.
