Bombay Velvet and all the hullabaloo around its promotions!

The much awaited Bombay Velvet is all set to release on May 15th. However, the surprising fact is that though the film stars a good deal of A listers, none of them are seen promoting the film, as is the trend nowadays.
Typically, Ranbir, Anushka, and Karan Johar should have been all over the place, promoting their much ambitious movie. On the contrary, Ranbir is holidaying in Maldives with his girlfriend and Anushka is busy with her Ad shoots.
News is that, Ranbir and Anushka do wish to start the promotions as soon as possible. The actors have also apparently freed their dates for the promotional activities. However, news is that Anurag believes in the 'less is more' strategy with this one.
A source mentions, "Anurag and Karan Johar seem very confident about the movie. They have shown the movie to friends and family and everyone has loved it." The source added, "There are some people in the team who are unhappy with the delay in promotions. We all know that is is important to sell a movie in today's scenario."
