Yes we do need to re-define masculinity so that extremely rich & famous men can accept children they abandoned & neglected & can be called not only men, but also human. #BeingHuman

" "The balance of power in India needs to change. Unless conviction becomes swift and certain, things are not going to change in India. And very very importantly, as a society we have to shun the rapist and hold the survivor close,
😔 but how many do it???

We need to redefine masculinity everywhere.
However, South Asia and Latin American countries with extreme notions of "machismo" need the most shift.

I was just watching the Friends episode with the babysitter "Sandy" yesterday. It shows Ross firing a Freddie Prinze Junior's male nanny character because he is irrationally afraid of men who are softer, not before crying his heart out that his dad forced him to act manly. Was a nice episode that deals with that issue.

FRIENDS wasn't as frothy as people like to believe. It was far more gender equal than shows today & I loved certain episodes. Like the fat shaming one that featured Brad Pitt & yes this nanny one or the Winona Ryder one which dealt with Rachel wanting to kiss WR's character back when they knew wach other & finally did it without being labelled "gay." It was actually a great show. And never, EVER EVER fails to make me laugh. ⭐️

On the other hand shows like BBB, HIMYM & the like are replete with gender stereotypes.

Sadly I do know enough about this aspect of him to know that he refused to & refuses to acknowledge Jaan, even privately. Everyone knows that he's Aamirs son, am sure his own family knows too, but he still refuses to do something. No-one is asking him to acknowledge Jaan publicly but within his personal sphere, he should.

Pls cease with your angry faces. Throw them on Aamir Khan. Much obliged.

The men in Hussain family should check mirror first.

Tahir Hussain was least bothered about wife and kids. Serial philanderer. Faisal also didn't share normal relationship with wife. Aamir himself is newly styled saint. Cheated on Reena, never acknowledged Jaan and rather he had asked Jessica to abort.
Apparently Aamir has a step brother named Hyder too, who was jobless like Faisal, made his wife work instead and abused her. His wife is TV actress Eva Grover who finally left her abusive husband - https://www.indiaforums.com/forum/sapna-babul-ka-bidaai/1109960/eva-grover-leaves-her-abusive-marriage

How about cleaning own mess before giving lectures to others?
