She herself said in promo that Ishaan tum mujhe itni jaldi nahin bhool sakte. That is her ego telling her in spite of her telling Ishaan to move on. Now also she wants to be back but if you see her dialogues she is still not sure of the future.

But the moment Ishaan told her he is fine to move on, she could not take it.

I think her troubled childhood has something to do with the way she is. And that is why she is so competitive and ambitious . But somewhere she also has the human side which she does not want to show in the fear that someone may hurt her.

Maybe I am also getting confused like her 😕😆
