Hina Khan’s husband Rocky Jaiswal reveals if he is cashing in on his wife’s stardom: 'I know my position…'

Rocky Jaiswal, Hina Khan's husband, prefers to stay out of the spotlight, despite often being by her side. He recently discussed fame, reality shows, and establishing his own identity, emphasizing that he has no interest in leveraging his wife's fame for personal gain.

Rocky shared that he has never sought attention or celebrity status. "I don’t think we have ever craved attention as a unit," he told Pinkvilla. "I know that she is the celebrity, I know she is the star, I know my position, my placement," he said.

Rocky emphasized that his identity is separate from his wife's fame. “I don’t want to giddy on her back and become somebody. I just don’t want that. If I had to become somebody, I would become somebody on my own. And I’m not somebody who loves a lot of glamour or attention on me," he explained.

Instead, Rocky prioritizes creative fulfillment. He explained that his decisions are driven by personal development and the pursuit of new experiences, rather than a need for recognition.

Rocky is currently participating in the reality series Pati Patni Aur Panga, viewing it as a chance for self-reinvention. He stated that his involvement isn't driven by a desire for fame, as his partner is already famous, and he lacks that craving. Instead, he seeks creative satisfaction and experience.

Regarding his experience on Pati Patni Aur Panga, Rocky mentioned that the format has challenged him. He explained that the show is allowing him to reinvent himself, as he's typically a cheerful person who enjoys making jokes. However, balancing his personality on camera and being more expressive on the show is a new experience for him.

Although Rocky doesn't actively seek fame, he remains open to new opportunities. He stated that he wouldn't decline anything, believing in the unpredictable nature of life. He would participate in shows like Bigg Boss or Khatron for the experience. He decided to do this show for the experience, as they had recently gotten married and were offered the opportunity.

Hina Khan married Rocky Jaiswal, her longtime boyfriend of over 10 years, on June 4, 2025. The intimate ceremony took place at Rocky's house in Mumbai, surrounded by just 20 close family members and friends. The couple shared dreamy photos from their wedding, captioning it "Our union is forever sealed in love and law"
