What is it that I do not like about RagNa? Well it would be difficult to tell that!!!
The very fact that they were related with a common factor of pain!
Both had experienced the pain of neglect from their loved ones. Raghav had thought that Gauri his mom had left him for someone else. And Kalpi always got the feeling of neglect from Kamla due to Pakhi!
The fire in her eyes to achieve something to get back what was rightfully hers must have really attracted her to him in the first place. However later her unconditional care for him, her righteousness, her attitude towards life and the way she accepted herself inspite of being ambitious made her irresisible to him.
For Kalpana Raghav was really the sky! She could not have would not have or maybe was trained that way that she cannot have dreamt of having a guy like Raghav as her life partner. He was away from her reach and she never thought of him that way though she felt pulled towards him everytime she experienced a different facet of his personality that took her away by surprise!!
Him showing off as he never cared but in reality he did care for her mother and her family made her confused. His rude behavior towards her yet being with her by her side to protect her all the time for her made him absolutely charming!
And finally when they broke the barriers of the so called classes and economy they seemed to be so simple just like a real life couple.
Their simplicity made me fall for them!!!! No falling and catching or over drama here. Their simple romances where Raghav never left a chance to be with her to romance her was so cute...
The pre engagement scenes were so realistic that they took away our hearts! The faith they had in each other when Raghav expected Kalpi to understand him even after he cheated her.
When Kalpi agreed to wait for him for a year and let him put the sindoor on her forehead!
And even when Raghav revealed it to her that he accidentally consummated with Pakhi she was determined that there must have been a foul play instead of just walking away from there. She decided to solve the mystery and prove her love innocent!
That is what true love is all about! Immense faith in each other! Immense love for each other so much so that they even overtake your actual ambitions and make the other person the most important person in your life!
I fell in love with their dignified relationship! And yes maybe their love was incomplete which always strikes a chord with the viewers.
Just like the greatest tragedies of love stories ...Romeo and Juliet, Laila and Majnu, RagNa had an incomplete love story.
For me they both died when their car jumped from the cliff!
