Did they miss the part that says "living together as husband and wife"? 😕 They can't be married under common law unless they portray themselves as husband and wife, which they obviously are not. 😆

Well on a serious note, rule is actually good,especially great that any offspring produced as a result of a live-in relationship would be considered legitimate.Good one👍🏼
