😉 there are so many celebs who like to push the envelope. Is it to boost their career? Or get attention? The media likes to lap it up. Please share your thoughts. I am sure we can name a lot of them. 😛

Aamir Khan: NO BRAINER! He's always pushing the envelope whether its choosing 'out of the box' concepts & roles( Talaash, PK) or getting into character(Ghajini, Dangal). Aamir is synonymous with Quality.

Shahid Kapoor: He's clearly made a conscious decision to stop chasing commercial success and concentrate on good cinema instead. Haider even though not a big commercial success did much more for his career than RR. Udta Punjab seems like another critical success.

Ranbir Kapoor & Akshay Kumar: They don't always 'push the envelope' per say but they mix up their commercial ventures well with quality cinema.

Aamir is the only one, unless we count film-makes than I can name like 3-4. But all the other actors/actresses go with the flow, while Aamir is usually the one setting the standards.
