They came home and were looking at some files. Both were working seriously when Raman's cell rang.
"He picked it and told "What?"...

He continued "Aisa nahi hai Ma.Main bahot khush hoon"
Ishita guessed it was his mom. "Oh these moms ...always worried about their children" she thought.
While he sounded a bit tense "Kyaa Ma why do you do this? I mean you should have asked me once...I never tell no to you...No need I'll manage. You take care"
She was worried seeing the tension and graveness in his voice.She collected some files scattered there and waited for him to hang the call.He cut the call and turned back to her.
He told "Maa had called"
She nodded in positive.He told "Rishta bheja hai"
"What rishta?"
"Shaadi ka rishta. Ladki bheja hai mom ne"
"Kiske liye"she asked coolly
"Tumhare liye" she retorted
"Mere liye.Tumhari mom mere liye kyu-"
"Arrey yaar.My mom,so she'll send for me only know"
"What" she stood up dropping all the files in her hand. He band down to pick them up and asked "What happened?"
She didn't answer. He again asked "Rishta mera set huva hai aur shock tum ho rahi ho"
He collected all the dropped files and kept it on table and touched her on shoulder"Ishita"
"Huh...ha...That proposal. You accepted"
Raman in mind "Oh..ho..Madam is affected."
Raman "not yet. First I'll meet her. If I like her, then it's a yes from me"
She faked a smile while he continued "After all maa ka choice will always be perfect and correct. I'll go now"
He walked away while she sat on the nearby couch heavy-heartedly.
Ishita's POV
Oh god! What has happened to me? No, actually what is happening to me? Why am I so much affected by this proposal?
No-Ishita iyer you are not affected by it. She consoled herself. It's his age for marriage, he should marry. He deserves all happiness in life. He can't be mine forever. Wait a second...it's not mine. It's my PA.
But why does he have to marry someone else when I'm there? Hang on...hang on. Where did I come in between?
Why should his mom send him a proposal when she has to be taking care of herself? Ishita- stop it. You're so insensitive. Can't you understand a mother's feeling? How can I I'm not a mom yet she reasoned.
"Hope that girl doesn't like him" she thought. Why did I think this now? The girl can like him-he is handsome, good-salary, kind-hearted and praised him much more. Do I really think he is so attractive? She questioned herself.

She dialed mihika's number and asked "tell me one thing.If you can't live or imagine to live without someone or feel that they are part of yourself or you're possessive about them? What does it mean?"
Mihika "Umm...You're in love"
"This...this is love" she stammered.
"Yup...Who is the lucky person ha?" mihika teased.
"No...no...not me.It's for my friend I asked"
"Accha friend ha.Okay tell my friend she is in love"
"Kuch bhi.Bye"
Mihika was wondering "Raman ne ishu ko itni jaldi pata liya.Kya baat hai.Bande me dam hai."

Ishita again was in her own thoughts.
Was that love?
I can't see that someone is gonna marry raman - I'm possessive.
I couldn't bear him not talking to me for a single day - I can't live without him.
I take his advice on all my matters...personal and professional - he is part of my life.
Yeah, these are signs of love. Then I'm in love. I'm in love. She literally jumped in air. She was on cloud no.09.
She thought of confessing. But how could she? He was already going to meet that girl. Should I stop him? No, his mom would feel bad.
After lot of conflicts in her mind she came to a decision "Okay. If he accepts the proposal then I'll not tell him anything but if he doesn't I'll tell him directly"
She just sat there praying hope the girl doesn't like Raman or vice versa.
